Amazing help with assembly
I had trouble getting the ice cream machine up and running. VJ helped me a lot on getting the machine together, was very patient, told me everything I needed to know about he machine, he also sent me additional information that I may need and answered any questions I had. Very happy with the outcome and the ice cream machine has been running perfectly :) 10/10 would recommend!

Blue Ice Machine
We recently purchased the Blue Ice ST12x3 two-in-one milkshake and slush machine for our convenience shop, and overall we are very impressed with its performance. The machine is easy to operate, freezes quickly, and produces smooth, consistent slush and milkshakes. Having the dual function is very convenient and saves space compared to buying separate machines.
The build quality feels solid and professional, making it ideal for busy retail environments. Cleaning and maintenance are also straightforward, which is important for daily use.
One of the best features is the consistent temperature control and attractive display, which really helps catch customers’ attention. The machine runs efficiently and handles continuous use very well.
Many thanks to Taylor and Tona for their excellent customer service and support throughout the process. Their help made the experience even better.
