Seriously the best!
The customer service is unlike any I have found with many other server hosts. I will be a lifelong customer.

I had a server with BlueFangSolutions before where I ran a 7DTD server, and now I'll be setting up a modded Minecraft server. The rates, quality of service of product and customer relation are a step above and beyond most other services I've attempted to use. They are helpful from checkout to settings up. Worth every cent.

I recently had mod complications with ARK (I know... no one is surprised) I lost a lot of stuff, and Craig, one of the techs at Blue Fang Solutions worked with me to not only repair the mod, but helped me to walk back to an appropriate backup file. He was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

I ordered a server for Sandstorm, I wanted mods set up and one of their helpful techs (Craig) walked through the process with me quickly and professionally. I'm very impressed.

I've used Bluefang for the last 5 years for squad, arma and 7 days. Their hardware is the best around and staff are helpful, the overseer console is great to work with too.

Absolutely the best place to rent a server from. As a hard core gamer, but casual when it comes to properly port forwarding and modding servers, there is no better choice.

The customer server is lightning fast. Some times
responding within the same minute of submitting a ticket. They're not only there to make changes to the server for you, but I have learned a ton about hosting and modding servers from them taking the time to provide detailed instructions on how to fine tune and tweak my server comfortably!

I had some issues after a few mods updated and the support from bluefangsolutions was very good and helped me rebuild my server :)

Shoutout to brad as he answered all my questions and got everything working for me!

I also run a hefty amount of mods (24) around 10gb in total and the hosting is great never once have I encountered lag or random crashes/downtime.

Great hosting for my game servers

Ran a 7D server with BlueFang years ago for a while, then again for a while when I came back to the game, and now for a third time - each time setup has been smooth sailing, and their support has been extremely helpful in reminding me of things and steering me in the direction I want to go (shout out to Brad for excellent customer service!). I've always been extremely happy with every aspect of my experiences with BlueFang.

I’ve always used a variety of hosts never really noticed the difference.. today I decided to move a server from one host to another. I’ve never experienced lag while playing on Blue Fang Solution servers yet while in combat.. but the other server the enemies would sometimes teleport to me and it just killed it for me. Blue Fang support is the best I have also ever experienced. My responses with them were less than 30 minutes. I was at work at the time so I didn’t much care how long it would take. But I was shocked in the end with how quickly I was taken care of. I asked if they could tell me how to move my saved game from the other host to their machine.. or if they would do it for me. Again to my surprise they handled it for me so I had no hassles. It’s unbelievable to me that they take care of you in such a manner for so little money and I didn’t even pay for the extra support. It had nothing to do with their server and the issue was just personal. They were happy to assist me so my friends and I could continue to play our game but with better performance. 10/10 I will always use Blue Fang Solutions from now on for a host.

I'm not really a pc person with scripting and all, but they always help me out when i get stuck or kill my server...
Just got a 20 minute tutorial from tech support on some file issues i had, that definitely gonna save me hours of searching and videos.
I would recommend them.

Very friendly staff. Quick to respond to help tickets. Very quick and responsive in chat. Answered tons of very specific esoteric questions without skipping a beat. They enabled me to have a lot of fun with my friends.

I have used a lot of hosts for hosting video games for me and I have never seen one that has been trully as honest as these guys. They are there when you have a problem and thats the best any body with a server could ask for
