Early days but MS Surface 5 laptop bought and delivered without any problems. All good so far and spec appears to be all correct. Great service for delivery too.

The item ( a laptop with disc drive) was delivered quickly and was well packaged. It is in good condition. It came equipped with up to date security software and the latest version of Windows. The price was excellent and communication useful. I would happily recommend Bluecybercow to friends and relatives.

Superb!
It’s my first purchase ever and it feels like I just scored a home run. I was skeptic when I read about the potential “visible” scratches and signs of wear, but I had a hard time even finding one (near-invisible stroke). Currently testing, but so far so good, everything from packaging to delivery time is OP!! This is far better than I imagined! Many thanks!!

Bluecybercow does it again!
The laptop arrived well wrapped and on time.
It was a reassuring surprise to find the machine in great physical condition, no noticable marks or scatches, despite being C graded.
The screen is bright and unmarked; operation is brisk despite just 8 GB RAM, and it will be easy to increase the small 256 GB SSD internal storage using an external hard drive.
Office 365 and Norton protection have been added and so far the computer has operated without fault.

I have ordered up to 5 laptops from Bluecybercow and all have always come in good shape. A part from one which had battery issues, but I returned it and was fixed. So far am very happy, looking forward to receiving a prize this year as one of your trusted clients... haha.

I ordered this laptop Wednesday and was delivered Friday. It was very well packaged and in even better condition than described. It was excellent value for money with a high specification. Worked straight out of the box with plenty of battery life left in it.
I would definitely buy from this seller again.

First beautiful experience with Bluecybercow
First, I was impressed for getting exactly what I have ordered.
Secondly, the delivery time was kept, and finally the delivery method was excellent...it was delivered to my neighbour, and screen shot of my neighbours door was made available for me which enabled me to know the exact place my item has been delivered to.
In general, am quite impressed about the product and service.

Very easy to order, the item I ordered after inspection was found not suitable I was informed this and offered a discount if I found another laptop which was of use. I looked again on the wedsite found what I needed and I have been really pleased with item and the service which I received
