They take the time to get to know her – asking about her interests, hobbies, and preferences, which has really made a difference in her daily experience. It has been so reassuring to see how they approach her with patience and genuine affection.

I can't express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding care provided to my mum by Bluebird Care. From the very beginning, their team was not only professional but also incredibly warm and compassionate. They took the time to understand my mum's specific needs and preferences, ensuring she felt comfortable and well-cared for at all times.
The caregivers were consistently punctual, respectful, and genuinely kind-hearted. They went above and beyond, not just attending to my mum's physical needs, but also providing companionship and emotional support that made a real difference in her daily life. It was evident that they truly cared about her well-being, and that gave me peace of mind knowing she was in good hands.
Communication with the service was always smooth and responsive, and they were flexible in accommodating any changes to the care schedule. I have worked for Bluebird Care Sunderland for over 5 years. I started as a Administrator to my correct role of Office Manager. We have a fantastic team who work extremely hard to ensure that each of our customers receives the highest standard of care. I could not picture myself working anywhere else. I have not only been granted with career progression I have also received an exceptional amount of training within the care sector which has inspired me to become confident within my role at present.
