The carers are delightful and clearly…
The carers are delightful and clearly well trained and supervised and nothing is too much for them. My relative receiving this service has bonded very well with the carers and they operate an individual and unique service depending on each persons needs. Care plans are mutually agreed with full involvement of family members. During a recent emergency with my relative the carer responded in such a professional and responsive manner. I am very pleased my relative is receiving such a excellent service from Blue Bird.

Friendly and Efficient
My Mum was very reluctant to use carers initially but after only 2 weeks of care by yourselves came to really look forward to the daily visit. Not only were all of her necessary needs met but she also enjoyed the chat that each carer provided as they were all very friendly, efficient & able to sort out many minor issues. Thank you.

Brilliant management and very well organised planning
My experience with Bluebird Care Rutland and Stamford was one of the most pleasant and nice working environment that I felt trough all my years of employments.
Support and guidance from the managers when needed. Very understanding and helpful in difficult times for customers and staff.

Timely, caring, respectful care
Bluebird have been providing daily personal care for my father, who has Alzheimers and Dementia and is in his 90s, for about six years and we continue to be very satisfied with the service and care provided. They are responsive to changes and to suggestions and, where we had minor issues in the past, these have been quickly rectified. Carers' visits are on time or, if not, we are forewarned of any delay (which tends to be minutes, not hours). There is a sense that the carers do actually care about Dad, and they treat him and his property with respect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bluebird to others in a similar situation.
