My experience with Bluebird Care.
The process of signing up with Bluebird was practical and pleasent. During covid it was a challenge with the staff and timings. However since covid there has been the improvement. Some carers are well trained, however some do not absorb the training. I have grown to create a strong bond with a particular carer, Faith, she is excellent is every way caring, kind, efficient. She provides a full rounded package for me.

My experience has been great due to the massive support I got from both the office and colleagues.
There is also rapport and swift communication especially with double ups when one is running late.
I have personally received a lot of support when getting lost due to post code which are not specific to the location being visited.

I was lucky enough to have the Bluebird Domiciliary team visit my Mum for 15 months. In that time every endeavour was made to ensure the same carers visited my Mum. All the ladies were kind, caring and above all very respectful of my Mum and her wishes. I always felt that my wishes were taken seriously and quickly acted on. The team adapted quickly and appropriately to Mum's changing needs, always insuring she was safe and secure in their care. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for high quality, compassionate care for their loved one

My experience working for Bluebird Care
I have worked for Bluebird Care both as a carer and a co-ordinator. My current role is as a carer and I thoroughly enjoy my job. I really enjoy making a real difference to our customers and building their confidence in trusting us as a company and being rewarded with the knowledge that we are helping them to continue living independently in their own home and looking forward to our visits. Bluebird Care as a company really support me with any help I need and ongoing training and regular team meetings where I am encouraged to participate and put forward ideas. I feel valued as a member of staff and wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.
