Being a Live-in Carer, under the wing of Carol Davis and Nina Zawada, is an honour and a privelege. The regular training, opportunities for career advancement, open door policy, all reflect how Live-in carers are truly valued. We are not just "colleagues" but a successful Live-in care team!!!

I have worked for Bluebird Care Plymouth/Plympton/South Hams for almost 6 years. We are a really supportive team. Communication between carers and office is really important and I always feel listened to so we are all on the same page. I have supervisions every month where I can talk open and honestly about my visits and what we could do to improve our service. Its a family run business who really do look after their staff. It's a really good care company to work for if you're looking for working in Care or looking for a Care company to help your loved ones.

I have worked for Bluebird Care for the last 18 months, in the beginning I was made to feel very welcome and nothing was ever too much. Management will drop everything if you pop in for a coffee and chat or if you have anything that’s bothering you. Career progression is on my radar and I am currently doing my NVQ3. Staff work well and communication is much better than previous companies I have worked for. I would fully recommend Bluebird Care to work for and for anyone looking for care for a loved one. My Grandad also has Bluebird Care 4x a week and is very happy.

Fantastic Company!
I have been working for Bluebird Care for a short while now and all I can say is wow! From the outstanding care team, who are compassionate, empathetic, and very caring, an office team who are supportive and effective, to the director who ensures all staff are well looked after, and even takes the time to sit with our amazing customers.
