I had previously worked in a care home for 21 years and really needed a change as everything in the care home was Rush Rush Rush. I am now on my eighth year with Bluebird. My only regret is that I wished I had joined them sooner, such a great company to work for very caring would highly recommend.

Excellent management and care team
I have now worked for bluebird care newarkandsherwood for 12 years now. It was the best decision I made from starting with no experience in care to now being a team leader. They have support me through out and still are. Management are full support with all staff and we all work well as a team to make sure we are giving all our customers the highest level of care we can given.
