I have worked at bluebird for just over a year now and the staff are wonderful very friendly and very helpful clients are lovely people very friendly. The management is a lot better. The office is a very friendly environment. It’s the best care company I have ever worked for in the last 10years. Very recommend company.

Supportive, professional and warm…
I am relatively new to management and the support I have received is incredible, the franchise owners Nicola and Adrian at our branch, Dudley, Wyre Forest and Malvern hills, are wonderful to work for. All of our carers have been very welcoming to me and are incredible in the field. Our customers are very well looked after and I am so proud to be a part of the team. We have a fantastic Quality Manager in our region. I really feel privileged and happy in my role and honestly, I would allow any one of our carers to provide care to my best friend, my grandma, I am just lucky she does not need care! If she did I would definitely the carers we have here! The bespoke service provided caters for all needs.
