Super service after Courier issues
The initial embroidered items were delivered in a timely fashion.
Sadly the courier had managed to split open the pack and half the items were lost.
But Klaudia & Caitlin got the replacements out in 48 hours.

BluDog - high quality and excellent service
BluDog have been supplying our theatre company's merch for the past few months.
Every time I contact them, they are very quick to respond and are so brilliant at coming up with solutions and ideas about what would work best.
The orders arrive swiftly and accurately and are absolutely brilliant quality!
If there have been any errors (which has only been one item, and it was part of a huge order) it was rectified instantly and the person in question received the corrected item within the week.
I am so incredibly impressed with BluDog and won't be going anywhere else for our items!
