Fast and accurate conversion

When making the purchase the purchase company gave us the wrong activation key. BLR got on a Google meet with us and provided the proper key. Conversion of our Zimbra tgz to a Outlook PST was fast and accurate.

OLM Converter

When I needed to convert my OLM files to another format, I wanted a solution that was reliable and straightforward. After trying an OLM Converter, I found it both efficient and easy to use.

After multiple requests from support to…

After multiple requests from support to get online and provide support, he was unable to resolve the issue. He continued to arguee with me that he would not provide a refund as this was not his software issue. The website claims they can migrate gmail to gmail. However, he failed to complete this tasks. This software is a scam.

Recover Crash PC file

Hey.. everyone I recently purchased data recovery tool to recover my crash PC files... First the tool is easy and affordable to purchase according any person needs. I happy to get my crash PC data back with the BLR data recovery tool. I easily used this software without any technical support... My job done in couple of minutes with this tool. Using this software like a cake of walk with fantastic features. Great job BLR team.

Software failed no guaranteed refund made.

Trustpilot flagged my review claiming "we couldn’t verify its authenticity." This is the review again WITH a copy of the authentic Refund Policy by BLR Tools (with annotations). A copy of the charges is also available and the transcript of the support conversation if needed. - Review: My computer was recently locked out with a Bitlocker message. I never enabled Bitlocker and had no key. BLR Tools (blrtools.com)claimed they can decrypt the hard drive and recover the data. I paid $120.00 for the Pro-Premium software only to find it did not work. The software would not retrieve any data or unlock Bitlocker. I explained all the details to an agent online only identified as "Agent." After trying every option the software still failed to provide any help. In the end, all of my data on the drive is lost. So I requested their "30 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE​." The "Agent" replies, "Yes there is 100% guarantee we offer and that goes with free trial" How can you have a "Money Back Guarantee" on a "Free Trial?"

I must warn anyone who considers using BLR Tools they are not reputable at all! English is not their first language as many of the sentences the "Agent" typed make no sense (they are in India). In addition, they offer a "Money Back Guarantee" but look for every excuse not to give a refund and claim the guarantee is on the "free trial?" This truly appears as a scam or "bait and switch" tactic to rip off people when their software fails. I strongly encourage anyone to avoid these people. REFUND POLICY: Money-Back Guarantee for 30 Days; Full Refund
If desired, you may request a refund for the BLRTools Software product or software purchase within a total of 30 days (This was done the next day after the software failed to work). In the event that a license is terminated for any reason, the refund and cancellation procedure will adhere to the stipulations outlined in the following section.
• Upon successful purchase, activation, and fulfillment of the client's software requirements (The software failed the client’s requirements to actually work). If you wish to request a refund at this time, we will not grant your request in any way.
• In the event of an unauthorized or unsuccessful transaction, please contact the appropriate bank to request a refund.
• **Refund eligibility is not extended to customers who purchase software at a discounted price. (paid full price).
• Customers who are unable to activate the software should reach out to our support staff for assistance. (this was done)
• When customers decline to follow the advice provided by our support team, we reserve the right to revoke the refund policy. (the support agents advice was followed)
• Verify the software's system requirements prior to making a purchase. (system requirements were met). Refund requests will be denied if the system requirements for the specific software are not fulfilled.

NAS data recovery was easy but a little…

NAS data recovery was easy but a little but support needed and I got back the asustor 2tb 2 drives data, mostly backed up data.

Recommended as cheaper, faster and effective.

Cons: no free file saving option but preview

Thanks DB for nice review and time - but I would surely like to answer you for cons you made - In the market there are numbers of companies offering free saving option for demonstration and few does not. We are different than other data recovery software and service provider, our trial shows partial preview with watermark, but that gives surety of working process. This is the final purpose of our program to deliver trust before anyone buy the license.

Save my photos and life

This has been a great program to find lost photos on Sd cards and USB. Really recommend their service which is effective.
