Blossom Vehicle Leasing Omdömen

Excellent service.
From Phil and Staff.
I would recommend them.
Career Staff.

Cannot fault the service received from Phil Wright. We had been let down by two previous leasing companies who assured us they had a Renault ZOE in stock only to be let down as we completed finance checks. Phil was extremely reassuring and efficiently responded to all emails and calls. He knew we were fearful the deal would disappear and went above and beyond to keep us updated on the progress of the car. It was great only having to deal with one person too. We are now awaiting delivery of the car and have no doubt his colleagues who deal with this aspect will be just as helpful. Thank you so much! A lovely experience and a very personable man.

The Blossom team (Phil, Marie and Matt) were all so helpful, friendly and easy to engage with. They talked us through each stage of the process, resolved minor pesky technical issues with the finance company's website and arranged pick up of the vehicle at a suitable time for us that saved us £100 (delivery was still an option but we took the cash!)

This is the way we will be sourcing our vehicles in the future - lots of options, the team were happy to send us comparisons and much cheaper than PCP with no pressure to sign on the dotted line.

Anna Was great - good prices and great service

I couldn't have had a better experience with this amazing company. Dawn, Lily and Anne were not only helpful, but so personable and human!
It's very rare these days that you happen upon a company with this level of customer service.
My car was delayed due to circumstances way out of Blossom's control - global supply chain problems, the war in Ukraine etc. What amazed me is how apologetic they were, and how regularly they kept me posted. Not just with emails, but calls too. I felt very looked after and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend Blossom Vehicle Leasing.
They are super helpful, communication is excellent and they really do their best to ensure the service is as easy as possible.
Special big thanks to Marie who I feel I spoke to almost every day at one point but she has such a kind and professional, I enjoyed our phone calls!

Blossom Leasing were fantastic. The were very well priced and kept me informed during the whole process. Blossom replied to emails very promptly and were always easy to contact. I would very much recommend Blossom Leasing

First time ever leasing a car and I found the entire process quite painless. Everybody is extremely responsive to emails and at no point was I left wondering what was going on.

This is the first time i have leased a car in my lifetime, and Blossom Vehicle Leasing made it a very simple process. The car was delivered to my house earlier than expected which is an even bigger bonus. Highly recommended.

The whole process from start to finish ran smoothly due to Blossom’s professionalism and efficiency and best of all made me feel like a valued customer. Highly delighted would be an understatement.

Fantastic service throughout the whole process. Great communication and everything done in a timely manner. Will definitely be going back to Blossom Leasing for my next car and have no doubts in recommending to friends and family. Great price too!

Excellent service and communication throughout the process, I highly recommend Blossom Vehicle Leasing.

Very efficient and found me a car very quickly

Phil as Blossom Vehicle Leasing has provided me with a completely honest, open, speedy and painless way into my first vehicle leasing. Everything sorted in a morning, well ahead of expected schedules that leasing.com had estimated. I can thoroughly recommend Blossom for your car leasing needs.

Blossom were great. We were left in the lurch by another company and blossom were able to deliver a car quickly and efficiently. The sales team gave us an accurate estimation of the timeline, and the admin team guided us through everything seamlessly.

Honestly, the team could not do enough for me! I am a very picky customer and changed my mind probably more times than I should have, but there were no issues and I have the best family car thanks to the expertise and patience of Blossom Vehicle Leasing - thank you so much! I won't go anywhere else again!!

My experience with Phil Wright has been nothing but amazing. He made regular contact and managed to get an Agreement in place when the odds were stacked against me. His knowledge of the car industry saved me money and futher disappointment in trying to secure a car. This was my first time leasing a vehicle and it wouldn't have been possible without Phil’s support. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank You!

This was my first experience of leasing a car, having always bought a car in the past. I have to say that Blossom were prompt and efficient from Phil Wright with the initial enquiry and quote to the admin team with the follow up until delivery of the car.

Having always bought a car, this was my first time leasing a car. Nicky and the team where excellent through out all the process can't fault them. They where very helpful and professional through out and made the process stress free. All round a very pleasant and will return to them when my present lease is up.

Fantastic service from Anne Kader, so helpful and she really listened to what I needed from a car. Anne was very informative and answered all my questions and ensured I was happy throughout the ordering process. Which was a very easy process. I highly recommend Blossom Vehicle Leasing.
