Beautifully arranged wreath and service excellent

I ordered flowers for my brother’s funeral online, and was a little anxious as I’d never done this before. I needn’t have worried as the email communication was great, the flowers were delivered on time, and the quality of work was excellent. Vicky produced a beautiful rugby shaped floral tribute for my friend's fathers funeral. Vicky was so helpful on the call and made the whole process seamless, going the extra and finding out which funeral directors were being used by making calls from the information we gave - as we wanted the flowers to be a surprise.

We were delighted with the outcome (despite the sad event) and would highly recommend.

I wanted two bouquets delivered out of my area, so went on line and found Blossom Florists . Made my choice and wanted delivery the same day. Only a few hours later got a phone call to say thank you for the lovely flowers. I asked for a photo to check they were what I ordered, and they were! Both people were very happy with them.

First Gentleman I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Then I had to change the delivery date, spoke to a woman who seemed uninterested and quite off hand.
Flowers were lovely and well received.

The flowers were beautiful but we were disappointed they didn't really look like our order. However, that said I would recommend your business as dealt with us very professionally.
