Bought a dress for my wife the other day! She loves it!!!!

Clothes fitted very well on my wife and she’s very pleased!

I bought some clothes for a date and they were amazing :)

Bought my girlfriend a few dresses here and the quality is consistently solid. One of the best things is how well the clothing fits everything she's bought has been true to size and looks great. Definitely a reliable spot for quality dresses!

Shifty, untruthul, long waiting times for product . Very unhappy with blossom elle and wont be ordering from them again .

Giving a 1 as there is no 0. Order was shipped from China and took several weeks despite claim to ship from Aus. Product faulty, and very.poor quality and sizing. The product had an extra piece of fabric stitched on the outside in the seam of the garment. Tried to charge $35 to return and after more than 60 emails they only refunded half my money. Dont waste your time and money on the dodgy supplier.

Do not buy from this site! I had the same horrible experience as all the others who have left a review here. Terrible quality (worse than Temu or SHEIN), drop shipped from China. When you try to ask for refund they tell you it’ll cost upwards of $55 to return. Absolute scam site.

This company is not worthy of even 1 star. The products on their website look far better than the Sh@@ that arrived. Poor quality was an understatement.
When I asked to return them they did everything to deter me from returning the items, even adding a restocking fee even though their website stated no restocking fee.
In the end I became so frustrated with the whole process I gave up.
I would never encourage anyone to purchase from this site.

I wish I’d read the reviews here before ordering. I ordered a pair of shoes from this awful company and it is 10 days since I’ve placed the order yet they haven’t even put them in the post and are avoiding answering the question when I’ve emailed requesting a refund. They’re committing fraud.

Scams! They ship for free but if you want to return or exchange they charge you $35 to send back the item (which took 3 weeks to arrive direct from dropshipper in China). The bigger scam is they offer you the option to keep the item (the quality is so low i threw it out) and choose something else from the website of equal value but only if you pay an EXTRA $15 SHIPPING. I wasted my time for 4 weeks back and forth via email and gave up in the end $100 down the drain literally. Better off shopping at kmart.

TERRIBLE QUALITY!! So so so upset. I bought 7 PJs for my wedding and they are absolutely terrible quality, nothing like the picture, wrong sizes and feel cheap and nasty and I paid $70 per set. DONT BUY FROM HERE

Sold jeans nothing like the photo. Won't refund my money. Have taken it to fair trading. Absolutely shonky. Product is a knock off and poor quality. Not happy. Wouldn't buy from them again.

Do not buy from this website. Dress looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. I contacted their team to organise a refund and they told me I would have to pay return shipping of $55 AUD to send the dress back for a refund… The dress cost me $74.99. They also said that the dress needed to be returned to the warehouse within 30 days of receiving to be eligible for a refund - when it to the parcel 45 days to arrive to my address in the first place.

Would not purchase from them ever again.

Scam website, purchased a pair of jeans for my daughter, nothing like what they looked it when received. Tried to get a refund they responded with the following, which makes no sense.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a dress for a wedding. Firstly, purchased well in advance, didn’t arrive on time (thank god). When it did arrive, it was nothing like the image on their website. Cheap, horrible material and colour, and just not the actual dress advertised. I then contacted them immediately about a refund (their site says 30 day returns). They replied with “have a store credit” or “a 20% refund”. I complained as they clearly lied about their return policy. This wasn’t a sale item. They offered me 40% refund which was apparently “was not a usual policy” after I threatened ACCC. All in all, terrible quality product, nothing like advertised, expensive, and then they won’t refund you! Would never purchase again.

I would put less than 1 star if possible they give 30day returns but they then drag it out offering 5% refund and letting you keep the item which is not the same as advertised it is not worth $2 let alone 80 they take a week going back and forth lie about the shipping cost to try and avoid having to refund the scam item and do not waste your money they will do everything to avoid giving a refund on a cheap embarrassing looking fake item I will be reporting them as fraud to my bank to get my money back

This is a chinese website that sells inferior items that do not match the images on their website. Avoid as they will then ask you to purchase another item as a replacement rather than send back at your cost, then that was also inferior , they then said they would do 50% refund and I refused I got 70% refund and honestly gave up, its not worth the issue, their shipping is super late too but beware its fake and dont match imagery
