Awful host, costed our release for our server, had a problem, and they first tried blaming it on something we had done, then said it was a hardware issue hours later, when they offered us new machine didn't offer to help transfer the data over to the new machine or anything

17th January, my service had already been terminated, and they still tried to charge me.

Every time I use this host I have an excellent experience. They offer unique options in their Pterodactyl panel, they have excellent support, and are very reliable. 10/10 have used for years.

This review is for their $10 4 GB plan and $18 Performance plan.

Excellent support whether in Discord or on their site. Folks are capable, kind, and quick to respond. Servers run reliably and are easy to configure.

I've been using Bloom.Host since 2021 and I have never had ANY downtime at all, or any issues, just pure, perfect performance. I would recommend them over any host, and I switched from Apex Hosting to them.

I've had close to zero issues using bloom. Used them for years. They are the best at what they do.

Very rarely we've had server downtime, but Bloom catches on quick, and fix it.

I have tried all of the popular (and some unpopular) hosts in the past, and none of them match bloom.

I would use 46$ on another popular host for their 'best' hosting option, and even more on a dedi from them, but neither of those two options could match what I've experienced with Bloom.

Bloom doesn't oversell their nodes.

Been a customer for 6 months now, and i can only say great things. Their plans are for just people looking to host a server with friends, or going big and creating popular networks. Never have i experienced lag, tps issues or anything detrimental to my server (80+ plugins) currently using a bungee with 5 servers combined.

Their duck panel is extremely responsive and fast, reliable and have everything you could possible need to have full control of your server, databases, nodes, files, backups, and a ton ton more.

The support team is top notch - i have had responses almost immediately followed up if i have questions or need guidance. Their knowledgebase has everything covered from setting up your domain, to what every single feature they provide.

I was with a previous host for 2 years and looking back was complete hell - i'll be with bloom as long as i have my hosting needs!

I have been with bloom since January 2021. In fact their service is so amazing that I often go without even remembering I have a host. I use their performance+ Minecraft plan 20GB and it is rock solid. Best host I ever used. The very very few times I’ve ever had any issue, the staff (or even owner) almost immediately helps to get it resolved. 3 years service for me next month with Bloom and I wouldn’t choose anyone else!

I been a customer for a few years now and it’s always been great! The customer service is always amazing and they help so fast! If help is needed outside of work hours the discord community and staff there is amazing, fast and super helpful!, as a customer I’m always happy with the performance and help! Zero complaints here!

There’s been multiple times I been needing help with plugins and proxy for my Minecraft server and staff has looked at the configuration to help me out, it’s such a huge help!

I've been using Bloom for a bit over a year, and have tried both their managed and VPS offerings. Both make account management very smooth and easy. The hardware is blazing fast. Support has been top-notch on the two occasions I've needed it.

Bloom Host is easily the best host available. Simply unmatched custom service and support, they're always a pleasure to talk to. Their plans are also very well priced.

Excellent customer service and the most usable control panel among all the hosts I've ever tried. Yes, their cost is a bit higher than the low-tier services but you get FAR more for your money. Transparency when outages happen and why, including very timely updates via their discord, help me keep my player community informed so they stay happy. Very responsive support via the discord has helped on a number of occasions. Uptime and responsiveness for the same "level" of server has exceeded all other hosting companies I've used. Highly, highly recommended.

Even though I now self host bloom will always be there for me when I need it. It is undoability the best game server company's I know. Everything from the panel to support is A Tier quality.

I've been making Minecraft server since 2011, and this is my favourite host yet.

I used to use Apex Hosting, they were excellent, and I loved using them. However, their downfall is their prices, support is absolutely phenomenal. I wish BloomHost ticket responses could be as fast as Apex Hosting, but I guess that's probably asking for too much. Overall, their servers are excellent and it's easy to navigate around the panel. Powerful servers at a cheap price are the best selling point of BloomHost. Fantastic service I enjoy using! It would be a five-star rating if ticket responses were faster. Overall, I plan to keep using BloomHost until I can't anymore and will recommend BloomHost to other people!

Schneller Support, wünsche werden angenommen. Freundliches Personal. Wenn man dediziert bucht, bekommt man auch nur Hardware für sich. Bei jedem anderen Host wird überbelegt und das zum gleichen Preis. Wenn was gehostet werden soll würde ich immer Bloomhost nehmen.

He usado este host al menos desde la pandemia por lapsos de 3 meses continuos y 1 mes de descanso.
Nunca me ha causado problemas el host, las veces que he tenido problemas en mis servidores o mis bots de discord es por mi culpa y tocar o poner algo mal aun asi los chicos en su ds dan un buen soporte.

Doesn't overcharge for RAM.
Leaves many popular Server Hosters in the dust.
While using a command line server is cheaper, I don't want to deal with that. I hosted a server for my friends and didn't want to go through a cmd prompt when I needed to make quick adjustments. Would use Bloom again next time I need to host a multiplayer server.
