Extremely responsive team
Extremely responsive team, high quality and well priced. Even when hiccups happen, they are ready to give a different equal solution.
The only thing I would recommend is to turn off phone notifications if you are using discord: there are a lot of updates and announcements, and while it's good to see constant updates and product development, it might be a bit too often.

An incredible host
I've been through a couple of Minecraft server hosts and I can easily say this one is the best. Their Discord support is incredibly fast (a lot of times responding in *under a minute*), and for the few issues I had - which weren't even errors on their part - were sorted out quickly. They're also one of the few hosts I've seen that have a channel dedicated to feedback, which is nice.

Bloom is Best
Bloom treats their customers like family. This is what has stuck out to me the most. I joined their Discord and found this out first hand. I instantly decide it was my number one choice. They’re servers are top quality for the best price around.

BloomVPS is undoubtedly the greatest
BloomVPS is undoubtedly the greatest, most highly underrated server hosting provider for minecraft servers. The owner, Abby, does an exceptional job at displaying professionalism, maintaining extremely fast servers and listening to the community customers.
I was caught up with the SlothHost server downtime, and Abby was able to help get my server up and running from a backup. For over 3 years, I have been jumping to many different hosts. The bloom minecraft plans are by far the fastest servers I have managed.
I run a 20+ player based survival server on 1.16 paper spigot. The server runs flawlessly, and I couldn't be more pleased.
Most really good hosts either have really good hardware to price ratios and slow support OR amazing support but expensive prices.
Bloom has shown that both is possible.
For those that are looking for high performing minecraft servers at incredible margins, this is the one! Note to any customers, US server nodes run out of stock often due to their popularity. (Currently I'm hosting an EU server, while waiting for a US server to become avaliable).

I did a lot of looking around before hand and also asked a plentiful amount of questions, they were more than happy to answer everything. They made sure my start up process was smooth sailing and I can say with confidence this is the smoothest performing server I've been running with for amazing value, no cut corners.

Overwhelmingly satisfied and impressed with BloomVPS. They have made a server transfer extremely easy and not at all stressful - not only that, but they've been flexible and helpful in nearly every aspect, descriptively answering my questions and queries, and promptly assisting me with any issues. The servers and pricing are unmatchable and difficult to compete with; their servers are lightning fast. 100% recommend Bloom over any other host!
