I had ordered something around August of last year and have gotten nothing as well as no reply when sending emails. Just recently trying to send another one to their support link ended up in getting a message about address not being found.

So I guess look up multiple sources before making a purchase to a site you aren't used to at least...

Scam, do not order. Wish I checked reviews instead of the ones on the site. Started sending emails a month after my order was placed and never got a response. Had to request a chargeback from my bank.

2 months and no delivery, multiple emails with no response. Don't waste your money.... I truly believe this is a scam. Stay away!!!!!!

Do not order from this company. Placed an order 09/15/2025. Never received my order. Contacted the company and they said it would be sent. Never received my order. Now they will not respond to my emails!

Lies lies lies. Scam. Doesn’t respond to emails until multiple multiple emails are sent. Then it’s short and sweet with an excuse. Can’t give a tracking number. Shopping is delayed because of Covid. Shipping delayed because of international differences. Blah blah blah. Do not trust them at all.

I orded 3 covers from them in March and still have yet to receive them and it's now September. I initaed contact first around April when the order never arrived and I had asked about an estimated shipping time. They said that it may be delayed due to covid (2025 now) but I still decided to wait. I reached out again in May and I got the same response, but I gave them benefit of the doubt and decided to wait a little longer. Now in June, I asked if I could just get credit (not refund) and reorder it to which their reply was they will reship it out within 5 business days because previous one was lost in mail. I reached out about the estimated delivery of the item again in August, but this time nobody answered my emails anymore. They have charged me for the order, but failed to actually deliver the product. They take forever to reply to emails if they end yp repling at all. Spend your money elsewhere because they are not trustworthy to do business with.

Would NOT recommend!!! I order two card covers and both came out pixilated and with bubbles on them. When I sent them an email letting them know that I was unhappy with the quality and that I would like a refund, it took them multiple days to respond and they basically sent out a generic emailing stating that " ...we are not responsible for the quality of the images provided by the customer." They offered to redo them but at that point I was able to get the covers elsewhere that were much better quality and I just wanted a refund. Both pictures I submitted by the way were high resolution and had no bubbles in them. I sent them another email that had the pictures I wanted as proof and again asked for a refund. But they literally sent back the same generic email and still no refund. Not sure why they would offer money back guarantees if they don't back up their claims.

what went wrong:

-measurements for the sticker are off (1-2mm which messes up with sticker alignment)
- low quality (pixelated)
- visible artifacts on the sticker
- strange colouring
- smells dodgy

what went well:
- simple to create a sticker

Horrible service. Placed an order and didn’t even receive a confirmation or shipping update until 10 days later. Been two weeks and it still hasn’t shipped.

This is a GREAT service. I received both skins and was very happy with the quality. Fit absolutely perfect on the credit card I used. I would recommend BlitzCovers to all. They are busy, so emails might take a day or so, just be patient. FANTASTIC 🙂

The order was not complete - emailed company and they have been slow in responding and have not offered to simply send out the missing item

Beware of Potential Scams ( specially your credit card info)

I rarely write reviews, but my ordeal with Blitz Cover compels me to warn others. I placed an order with them on November 9, 2023, and it has been a frustrating journey of unfulfilled promises and apparent evasion tactics.

Initial responses to my queries about shipment delays were standard, blaming COVID-19 restrictions ( Covid in 2024 which doesn’t exist) and the holiday season. Despite repeated assurances, over two months passed without delivery. I requested a refund multiple times, but they dodged my requests with repetitive excuses about postal service delays and holiday backlogs.

The most alarming part? They repeatedly asked for my shipping address, which I had confirmed multiple times. This raised serious doubts about their legitimacy and intent. It's now January 2024, and I have neither received the product nor a refund.

I urge potential customers to be cautious. My experience points to either a scam or gross incompetence. Either way, it's unacceptable and others should be aware before considering a purchase from Blitz Cover.

My order arrived about 2.5 weeks after placing it, which was within the timeline given on their site. Item is as described, I've been using it for a week or so and it's held up nicely.

The lowest I can do is 1!

Very bad service.
I ordered 2 months ago the debit card stickers and still hasn’t arrived!
I messaged the email for customer service multiple times.
And they would always say the same thing… it will take up to 9-19 business days and bc of covid-19 (lmfao)
It might take an extra 1-2 weeks.
It’s been two months!!!!
And it still has not come and I demanded a refund and still the same answer:

Literally submitted an order on 11/19/2022. It is now 01/20/2023 and I still don't even have tracking info.

Only one is usable stay away from this 💩 total rubbish
Postage takes way too long for substandard crap !!!!!

I started to receive phishing scams in the text messages the day after entering PII (email, phone number, etc) into the checkout information. I didn't actually follow through with the order because they didn't have Google Pay as an option and it seemed a bit sketchy. Glad I didn't.

The order took about a month to get to me, which was disappointing but understandable as I live far from the seller. The quality of the actual sticker was nice and I'd say worth it. I docked a star due to the fact that the one of my stickers came a little off the page and isn't sticking the best :( I also do not like how the company said they had a 4.something Trustpilot rating only for me to find out the truth once I did a search (this part's on me. I should've done better research beforehand).

Additionally, I thought it was weird as hell that I wanted to cancel the order and emailed them like 3 hours after I placed the order and they got back to me several days later saying that they couldn't do that. I had assumed that it was because they already shipped it, but nope! A few days later, I get a confirmation email that they finally shipped it. Do I have a misunderstanding of how businesses run or was this weird to anyone else?
