Been using Blinq for 6 months now, genuinely couldn’t be happier, they are the best!

they made me realise I was paying WAY TOO MUCH from lightspeed! An outdated product! And a nightmare to use!!

My account manager Sonny did all the hard work for me, done the menu, set up and even staff training! SUPERSTAR!!

Highly recommend Blinq. I have used a few EPOS systems in my shops and I have to say Blinq is incredibly user friendly in all aspects. The front of house is easy to navigate which makes training the team easy. Updating the till if easy and quick and the reporting is great. The support team are responsive and consistent. And the price is incredibly competitive. I have moved both my sites onto Blinq. Thank you 😊

The app works really well for our events venye business and absolutely outstanding customer service from Achilleas, who went above and beyond to help us with our 'out of hours' query.

It’s taken a while for me to write a review but happy to report that Blinq is an amazing pos. It’s setup is very easy and almost app like in function so no issues around getting up and running as Aksel did for me when demoing the system. It’s so easy to use but has full functionality like all the other extremely expensive pos’ out there.

The other great thing is that customer support really is second to none. I’ve contacted them with minor issues at 10pm and they respond immediately with 100% success rate in resolving issues. They were also very proactive when I initially started with them as there were problems getting printers to work and workarounds were provided immediately.
