At first I was not informed that the item I ordered was out of stock. However I easily was able to contact Blinkee and they recommended a substitute item and sent it out immediately. Very responsive

Great customer service!
They were great! Got some fun light up products for the 4th of July to help us celebrate without fireworks (last minute banned because of extreme fire potential) and when the shipping carrier was looking like it would be delay until after the 4th, they rushed us another shipment so we could still have our celebration. It was really appreciated and made our holiday celebration still festive.

Efficient and super excited to use the products at prom!
I ordered some things for a high school
Prom from Matt at Blinkee. I called in somewhat of a rush and he took care of me and talked me through what we needed! Items were shipped and delivered in a timely manner. I am happy we found this and look forward to making this prom a fun night in a not so normal year for our seniors! Thank you Matt!

I ordered 2 different color powder cannon things for a gender reveal. 1 purple and 1 green. Both came in the same box not labeled. They r no good to me. I cant tell what color is what. Total waste of my money. Very expensive for something that I have no use for now. I will not order from here again.
