At first I was not informed that the item I ordered was out of stock. However I easily was able to contact Blinkee and they recommended a substitute item and sent it out immediately. Very responsive

Excellent Customer Service
"I recently encountered a delay with my order, despite opting for rushed shipping. However, upon reaching out to the customer service team regarding the matter, I was met with swift and proactive assistance. They promptly addressed the issue, ensuring everything was in order for my upcoming event.
What truly impressed me was their sincere apology and their commitment to exceeding my expectations as a first-time customer. Their dedication to ensuring satisfaction was evident, and it left a lasting positive impression.
I must commend the website for not only delivering a seamless shopping experience but also offering competitive prices compared to larger platforms like Amazon. It's refreshing to find a company that values its customers and strives to deliver exceptional service."

Matt’s Flashing pins are my favorites
I’m always happy to purchase flashing pin items from Matt. I believe I started as a recognition incentive in my Post Office safety program in about 2005. I’ve long since retired but I still found that I like the choice of items. I almost always have one in my pocket.
