Blinds ordered and completely paid for mid-September 2020, with a request for installation. Blinds received by store mid-October. Blinds are currently in the possession of the installer, apparently, and have yet to be installed, as of mid-December. Despite numerous contacts, both with the store and the installer, I do not know where I stand in terms of installation. Communication from the store has been very poor, except to apologize and tell me that the installer is very busy. I should not have to work this hard to receive something that has been paid for. I have previously been very happy with Blinds to Go, but this has been disheartening, to say the least.

Our order was not right, and we had to wait for several weeks to get the correct blind, and then e had to go pick it up, it was not delivered to us. We like the blinds but had driving over an hour to pick up an order they messed up wasn’t right.

We are more than pleased with our new verticals from Blinds to Go in Windsor, Ontario. Jolanta was extremely helpful when we were choosing and ordering our blinds. As well, we appreciated the way she communicated with us and kept us informed about the progress of our order. She was friendly and professional at all times. Matthew did an awesome job of installing the verticals. Should we need more window coverings at any point, we will certainly visit Blinds to Go. We will also recommend your store to our family and friends.

Order placed September 9, told 40 days. 40 days came and went, go online it says October 29 (50 days), nov 1 comes no blinds. Several phone calls and emails, now it’s going to be nov 13. Order finally shows up, one window missing (14 shutters in total). They reorder that, finallly install guy coming dec 13 ( more than 90 days after my order) and one shutter is broken. So now I have to wait more for that to be reordered. Not ok!! The ladies at the store are very nice though

Been going there since 2001, never had a problem. Always very friendly and great service.

We were not given what we were told . One blind was sent with the wrong brackets. I still have one that the cord is longer than the chain so it hangs funny and looks bad.

always satisfied with Blinds to Go. My last oder was missing a few parts but on going back to the store I was met with apologetic and overwelming courteous customer service that resolved the problem quickly

On the very day we ordered, we were told that the waiting time, until that day, had been 40 days and that we were so lucky because it had been reduced that day to 20 days. No contact was made with us and we called after 25 days to find out what was going on, only to be told to wait 40 days. A rude assistant then refused to believe we had been told 20 days and said the manager would call us back. No such call was ever received. We will shop elsewhere in future.

Price to high, blind ripped

Two of our blinds were not working 100% and I took the back and they were returned to me completely fixed at no cost.

Quality is ok. Hardware is terrible. Customer service at the store was excellent.

This is my 4th. time in dealing with Blinds-To-Go. Been satisfied with every order. There was one small snag this past order, sent the wrong blind, but was fixed within one week.

We are and have always had excellent products and service from you. And we are grateful for that.

The installation instructions are terrible. They’re very difficult to follow and the photos in the instructions are very blurry.
