They were very helpful with our blind track replacement. I appreciated their help during this trouble time of COVID.

Great experience from order to installation. Very knowledgeable staff in store. Imstallation crew were excellent, fast and efficient.

They took very long to process the order. It came after 2 months and had issues that took a month again to fix. But even after all this time and effort the final product was not upto the mark and has issues. Not satisfied et ol with their product.

The service was good straightforward No Nonsense professional and the blinds are beautiful. I would most definitely do business with them again

Repaired the string in my blind, warranty is as long as I own the blind. Cant be beat..

Working with the store front was very helpful, and patient. However, when we received our blinds from my daughters room we were not very happy with them We specifically asked for room darkening blinds. The gap at the side of them lets in way too much light (My daughter will be on shift work and needs black out during the day). I called and asked if they could do anything, and was told no. We purchased 9 different window coverings and spent a lot of money. I was disappointed.

The process was good during pandemic.
My order In store was mixed up blackout for living room vs bed room. That was corrected and then installers Cory and his wife couldn’t find my house in GPS 51 Elegant street in Bowmanville?
It should be Elgin Street.
The installers were awesome and professional. The i store staff needs to be more detailed oriented.

Excellent experience all round. Bought 4 blinds in the spring and then went back in the fall to buy 2 more! Both times the service was personable and professional. The first order took ages (thanks again, COVID) and the fall order came within days! Super easy to install and look great!

I love my new roller blinds, the young couple took 4 blinds down and replaced them in 40 minutes. No mess at all . Great service.

Your sales representative Brianna Chase is rude and unpleasant to deal with. Every-time I ask a question, your representative cuts me off, and speaks over me, and does not allow me to finish what I need to say. Your staff at this location are rude to customers. The reason why I say that is because on several occasions when I visited your store at 1540 Dundas Street East Whitby, your sales staff were engaged in an argument with the customers, and that happened twice. The atmosphere is horrible at this location.

What I talked about with the people that came to measure, was not what was ordered. I wanted the blinds to open from the top and bottom and that was not what was ordered. Customer Service was not willing to do anything to fix it.
