Very happy with the cascade shades with motorized lift and handheld controller. Installer was very friendly and professional. The installer helped me set up the motion blinds app on my iphone for all 3 shades. Works great. However, the motion blinds app on my husband’s phone will not sync to the blinds. We have tried NUMEROUS times with no success, Any suggestions on how to get the shades to sync to his iphone would be greatly appreciated.

The service was very good
The service was very good, but the there are way too many texts and emails being sent out to clients… it is to the point where you start ignoring them as there is too much duplication in the communication. I am sure that you can keep your clients well informed and up to date with at least 40-50% fewer communications.

Great experience

I thought that was great service. Our installer was polite and friendly and did a wonderful job installing our California shutters in two bathrooms. They are lovely and our experience was excellent from beginning to end. Thank you Blinds to Go and we will certainly be back soon, and will also recommend you to our friends.
