Knowledgable staff at the store (Patricia) narrowed down my choices immediately when I said I was shopping for roller blinds for tenants - which saved me a lot of time. Very happy with the price! (I got them at 25% off promotion) They informed me every step of the way, and initiated keeping in touch. They really put me at ease as it was my first time purchasing from them. Records were kept and explained, no confusion. Went super smoothly. Would buy from them again.

Every process from selection, to purchase to pick up was great. Sales person was very helpful. We opted to install the zebra shades and a vinyl shade ourselves. Was fairly quick and easy.

Not impressed - issues with installation and blind quality.
Multiple issues with installation (mismeasured, delays, improper screw placements), and quality of blinds was lower than expected - there is clear warping of certain blinds.
