Absolutely fantastic service from blinds4u order 2 blinds in measured 1 incorrectly i did pay extra for the insurance but they replaced it in record time no fuss great communication from them would highly recommend them and will definitely purchase again very happy customer 😀

Seriously can’t fault this company the lady I spoke with was lovely. Then when the man came out he was fast efficient and even tidied up after himself I love my blinds can’t thanks them enough.
Highly recommend. August 18th will defo have them out again to do the rest had 5 fitted on the front.

came to write a review about customer service seen the first 2 review are bad as well,
when placing an order the lady was great very helpful just tried to get through and phone not answered just keeps ringing and then gets cut off call on a different phone and it ring will mine goes to answer phone every time,

its clear after sales service is not this company's strong point.
as for products i cannot comment as i have not received yet and tracking dose not work.

Terrible service cut off my mother’s…
Terrible service cut off my mother’s dado rail because he didn’t take the right measurements leaving her what was a finished property a mess. He hasn’t been back to fix his mess he had no intentions of getting a different blind made now I have a blind that actually doesn’t fit and a mess in the window and £648 down and I have to get a joiner in to fix the rail he tore apart and a new blind company to make a blind that will fit the window with a rail because Kev at blinds4u couldn’t do. If you’re elderly and or disabled stay clear I’m sure he wouldn’t have done this to a man his own size oh and a blind had since fallen down work done on the 26th of June and it is now 24th July. Rubbish work the man thrives off the fact he used to work for another BIG name company well if definitely use her over him and his unprofessional ways. Not to mention the pointless screws he adds that do nothing but look a mess and yes this is the same review for your 2nd trust account

Great service never had to follow up completed in less time than predicted and blinds look great.

Three years ago I priced window treatments for my condo. Blinds 4 U had great prices and their products are made in Philadelphia, not Mexico or China like other companies.

The treatments are great.

I have a sliding glass door in my bedroom with a room darkening cellular shade. It has a heavy rope cord. It gets so much sun and the cord was starting to fray. I called Howard, the co-owner/salesman of the company. He came a few days later and replaced the cord.

Other companies would have told me that the cord was under warranty but after one year there would be a service fee for coming to my home. Howard fixed it quickly and efficiently and without charge.

Good product good price easy to fit

Really bad people to work with first they will sell you from website and then send you an email saying fabric not available
I got one of my fabric size wrong that full blind including everything was £44 and when I asked them I want to purchase just fabric slats they quoted me £38 total rip off as I was stuck then I tried some competitors websites and found full complete blind set same size for £32 and that’s complete blind set
I will say just try if you found someone else

Delivery was maybe 1 day out but from the 7 - 10 working day line but oh my gosh. We got them, we put them up ( preying my measuring was right ) we absolutely love them.
I picked a dark thermal for our bedroom because I work nightshift, so the darkness during the day is on point.
Where can I put a picture up of them?

They sent me completely a different colour to what I had ordered on their website and wouldn’t send me a replacement!
Terrible customer service too, avoid if possible!

Screwed all 7 blinds to my window frames which I had fitted only a week ago , absolutely disgusting service!
Not only that fitted different colour (off white) upstairs which I didn't order , which then were replaced 2 days later , bunch of cowboys never would I ever recommend.

Having encountered numerous problems with my Roman blind order (3 remakes because manufacturers got dimensions wrong). I reluctantly accepted the third attempt. It seemed overly wide but I followed fitting instructions as directed. Two months on and the over large head rail has cracked and damaged my window surround. On contacting Customer service, supplying a photo of the issue, I was told the damage was 'environmental' and an offer of refund for the headrail. The issue is that whilst I was able to fit the headrail (which compresses for fitting). The oversized width has destroyed the plaster. A totally dreadful experience....

Kurt and Kelvin gave excellent advice, delivered a top product, all installed with a happy and friendly manner. Highly recommend them.

STATES 3-4 DAYS TOPS FOR DELIEVERY BUT ITS WELL OVER A WEEK FALSE ADVERTISING AND WHEN YOU MOAN ABOUT IT FOR A REFUND THEY SAY YOU CANT HAVE IT TOUGH .AVOID THE BALL ACHE USELESS COMPANY REEL YOU IN THEN LEAVE YOU IN THE DO DO !!!!!!!!

I have used Blinds4U several times and the service was excellent. They came out, took measurements and assisted me with choices. I would definitely use them again!

Ordered Three blinds three different sizes, three blinds all the same size turned up.
Customer service awful. Very clear these were not what I ordered but had to open them all, told to measure them all and send photos in before they would do anything. I think I know the difference between 120 cm blind and a 228 cm blind. Ridiculous. Refused me a refund and still haven’t called back to tell me what’s happening.

Ordered my recess blind for the bathroom only to find that a 11cm thread hanging off the side of the blind, when I found saw it I immediately got in contact with blinds4u they did reply to my email saying that they would forward the case to the factory. 2 weeks later and after a few emails I still haven’t heard back from them. Extremely poor customer service! I would not buy from these again

Absolutely terrible wrong size arrived and only one when I paid for two when I complained another ONE blind arrived and surprise surprise wrong again so emailed to ask for the 2 blinds I have paid over £200 for and guess what no response I will now take this further absolutely disgusting company

Ordered one blind, half the blind turned up Saturday morning package 2 of 2 no sign of package one, second package finally turned up Saturday afternoon, installed the blinds only to find if you drew then back 3 of the vertical blinds would not go back properly and then when you re-opened the vertical slats were all over the place, and two did not move at all leaving a huge gap, these are cheap and nasty an this show by the fact they have fallen apart within seconds of installation will never buy from here again big mistake
