The free item from the post-purchase offer (where you only pay shipping) is sometimes packed and shipped separately from the main order, so it can arrive a few days later. Since it still hasn’t reached you, it may have been lost in transit. Either way, we’ll make it right. Please email us at info@bleoraco.com with your order number, and we’ll check the tracking and send it out again if needed.

We’re also sorry the quality wasn’t what you expected. Our pieces are made from stainless steel with 18k gold PVD coating, and every order is covered by our 30-day returns for a refund or exchange. If anything tarnishes, our lifetime warranty means we’ll send you a brand-new piece. When you email us, tell us what didn’t meet your expectations and we’ll find the best solution for you.
