This company who offer returns 30 day money back guarantee is shite after several emails return of goods to China.
Still no refund so did a card charge back through bank did get my money back from bank .Bank then takes case up with company avoid!!! Avoid!!! Do not buy at all you have been warned .

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Bought an Advent Calendar from them. Honestly what arrived was a complete joke. Asked for a refund and offered 10%. Told I had to return the item to China at my expense to get a full refund. I have done this in spite of the postage cost as I am so disgusted by this company.

What a dishonest company! One star is too much for this company, pretending to be a UK company. What they advertise is not what you get in any way. I sent back the dress listed as 'silk chiffon' (It was thick, cheap polyester) back to China and have been emailing them regularly for a refund. I keep getting AI replies from 'Julia' who clearly doesn't exist in the real world saying that when they get the item back they will refund me. (It cost me £20 to send it back in July 2025) I have just received the parcel back (January 2026) clearly, formally stamped, stating that the parcel had been 'REFUSED" & 'UNCLAIMED'. Every time a comment is made on their Facebook ads, it gets deleted if it's negative. I have my own personal experience of this. One of the Trustpilot reviews says that they have been reported to Trading Standards - why are they still allowed to trade in the UK? I have still not had a reply to my latest email asking why they refused the return. I am now £57 down with a heap of rubbish, that frankly a charity shop would not even be able to sell.

This is a scam site. Do not use them. I was pulled in by an advert claiming to be a small business that was closing down. I ordered a crossbody bag that looked well made and was made from genuine leather. It was a beautiful teal colour and the leather was smooth looking. The bag that arrived, after several weeks of waiting, was not teal but a blue somewhere between royal blue and navy blue with a bumpy leather finish. The metal label didn’t say blended apparel either. Do not buy from this site.

An advert indicated that an English company was closing down. Turns out a total misrepresentation, a company in mainland China. When I found out I tried to cancel order it was ignored even though the request was within there terms and conditions. They shipped regardless. Goods arrived, awful is not bad enough to describe the goods. Customer service is appalling and if you want a refund you have to ship the goods back to China at your own expense. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DISHONEST DISHONOURABLE THIEVING ORGANISATION. One star is not low enough

Ordered two supposedly leather bags in August and both were bad workmanship and poor material.
Tote bag's edging peeled away leaving rough edges. The cross body bag's zip snapped when trying to close it. The metal was paper thin.
Wrote to them and response not positive.

Would give 0 if I could. Jacket I ordered looked nothing like the one advertised and the process of returning the item was near on impossible. In fact after I returned the item to China!!! it was returned to me as for some unexplained reason it wasn't allowed through customs. So I never received a refund and was left with the hideous item. Avoid at all costs!!!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Sold leather bags and all plastic, they won't accept a return.

Lesson learnt

Absolute scam. The shoes I bought were not the size I bought. I asked to get a refund or return and send me a larger size. I am glad I didn't as I now realise this company is a total SCAM!!! As they have said to others on here they suggested I give to charity!!! STAY WELL CLEAR !!!

Like most of the reviewers I too wish I’d checked Trustpilot before ordering. I was taken in by the advertising and ordered several bags for Xmas presents. Finally turned up after 4 weeks after chasing their customer service for information. Awful products, definitely not leather and look nothing like the advert. I’ve emailed customer services requesting a refund mainly to get a paper trail to present my case to my credit card company. How are companies such as these allowed to trade and deceive decent people?

Absolutely terrible products. DO NOT BUY. The website makes it look like a family owned business supposedly closing down but it is just a sham.
Ordered 2 pairs of leather shoes - one pair arrived in a flimsy box, wrong size and definitely not leather, the other pair just wrapped in plastic, damaged, wrong size and a nasty composite material.
Have asked for refund and prepaid return label ( pretty sure I won't get them)
Beware there are other sites claiming to be closing down selling very similar looking items. Maybe legit, maybe the same company trading under other names.

If only I'd checked the reviews. I spent over £200 on a supposed 'closing down sale' shoes took weeks to arrive so much so that the event I'd ordered them for passed. I tried to cancel order but they would not. Finally shipment came. Random sizing. Disgusting plastic shoes. Literally horrendous. The return was made so difficult and they said I could keep order for a 10% refund. Managed to push them to 20%. I didn't trust them to refund anything after I'd returned so I gave up and in. I plunged into the closing down sale advertised on facebook without checking up on the company or feedbacks. To be honest, as it shows to be a UK company and website, I thought I was in safe hands. The 2 bags I ordered are just as everyone describes: cheap, flimsy plastic! It is a scam and there is no mentioning of a closing down sale anymore!!.. wd all got lured in. I contacted PayPal and opened a case. the company came back with about 35% refund which I had to except as Paypal wanted me to forward a return tracking number which I wasn't going to do due to custom charges, etc.. Better than nothing I suppose!!! JUST STAY AWAY AS THEY DO NOT SELL GENUINE LEATHER BAGS. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A LABEL IN THEM TO SAY WHAT THEY ARE MADE OF!

Obviously I did the same mistake like everybody else. Cheep quality and overpriced. If you want to return them , you need to pay sleeping to China which is going to cost you more then the price of the product

They need to be reported to stop being able to sell!!! They have offered me 15% back, Iv ended up agreeing but haven’t event got that back yet!!!

I heard bad reports about blend apparel but my service was good. They kept me updated with delivery information. My item a pair of boots were probably not the material advertised but exactly matched the photos, great style well made and I don't know what people expect for the price. My delivery by yodel was spot on. Very happy.

Backpack was a plastic pv load of rubbish that went straight to a charity shop.

Like everyone else...should have checked the reviews. I normally do so religiously when buying online....but lazily didn't this time. Similar story to most others... false advertising..cheap quality...China excuses...10 discount didn't work up front. Will unfortunately probably eat £52 quid on this one.....UNETHICAL SCAMMING!!!

SCAMMERS All Rubbish plastic instead of leather, returns to go to china “ where they may not reach them” at your own expense. No doubt it would be undelivered and you’d not only be out the cost of the rubbish they’ve sent but postage too. You can opt for 10% refund without returning which is an insult but I’d no option, which 4 weeks later I have not received and they had the neck to say “ you can keep the items or give to charity” oh 🤔 they are my items which I paid £154 for so I’ll decide what I do with them. DO NOT BUY from this scamming company,
