I accidentally forgot to change my address and they remailed my package, free of charge. It was appreciated, and they didn’t have to fo that courtesy!

We searched our records and were unable to find any email regarding this order, which means we were never given the opportunity to investigate or resolve the issue first. It’s difficult for us to make things right when we don’t know there’s a problem.

As part of our customer service policy, if a shipment shows no movement for 14 days from its last carrier scan, we replace the order free of charge. Based on the current tracking, that threshold has not yet been reached. We can only take action once we’re made aware of an issue through customer communication.

The products are great but their shipping system is terrible. Even the paid options don’t arrive on time.

We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the quality of our products, but we completely understand your frustration with the shipping delay. We’ve issued a store credit for the full amount you paid for expedited shipping because we believe you should receive the level of service you paid for.

As a small business, we’ve worked hard to keep our pricing as low as possible. One tradeoff during periods of exceptionally high demand is that fulfillment times can occasionally be longer than normal. Scaling fulfillment requires additional warehouse space, employees, and operational infrastructure, all of which increase costs. We’ve intentionally kept prices competitive, even as demand has grown, and at times that has resulted in temporary processing delays.

The issue that affected your order has since been resolved. During peak demand, processing times may still increase occasionally, but we’re continuing to improve our operations while maintaining the pricing our customers value.

If you enjoy our pricing, we sincerely appreciate your understanding when these rare delays occur. Whenever we fall short of the experience we aim to provide, we’ll continue doing our best to make it right, just as we have by crediting the expedited shipping you purchased.

After reviewing your order, we can confirm it was fulfilled and shipped on June 12. USPS tracking number 9400136106196440718150 shows the package is currently in transit.

We understand your concern, however, the shipment is not marked as lost and remains within the normal transit window following shipment.

We also acknowledge that your order was fulfilled later than usual due to an unusually high volume of orders, and we apologize for that delay.

Merchandise was not delivered

Merchandise was not delivered, They had problems with the delivery, but they promptly refunded the amount to my card.

After reviewing the shipment for Order #1905, the tracking (9400136106196358169983) confirms the package was successfully delivered on April 4th to the address provided at checkout.

Additionally, we took extra steps on our end by clearly marking the package with your hotel-specific delivery instructions (including visible labeling on the parcel itself) to help ensure it was routed correctly upon arrival.

As this delivery was made to a hotel, packages are often received and held by the front desk or receiving team, and retrieval typically requires coordination directly with the hotel staff.

Your order was shipped on time and successfully delivered to the address provided. While an expedited shipping option was selected, carrier delivery dates are estimates and can occasionally be impacted by factors outside of our control once the package is in transit.

We understand this order was being delivered to a hotel during a temporary stay, which can make timing more sensitive. That said, delivery was completed to the correct location, and we always recommend allowing a buffer when coordinating shipments to hotels or third-party locations.

We’ve already reached out directly and offered a resolution to make this right, and we remain happy to assist further if needed.
