Buyer beware!!! Placed an order in mid-July and they sent the wrong item. The correct item was on the enclosed invoice, but it was not what I received. I sent an email through the website and there has been no reply. The phone number on the website is also phony as well! It appears that this company is a hoax and probably just collecting email addresses to sell?!?

They took money from my account - never received anything.
Lied they are posting a 2nd time. Never received anything. Ordered May 25th.
Requested a refund on July 5th - never received it!!

Don’t even send the product or replies to emails , check location 1 week says London the next days New York , don’t buy worstcunts

They do not send your products and they do not refund your money. I have been asking for my money since April and had nothing. They also ignore your emails. Honestly. Worst ever.

Fake company. Awful. They take the money and never send the item.

Was a bit worried buying goods from bleach refills due to such a mix of reviews. However I had a fantastic shopping experience with them! They took abit longer to be delivered but due to the current climate can you blame them?! Also they responded to my emails promptly. No dramas with this company and I will be buying from them again. Im based in the UK.

This company are fraudsters. DO NOT USE THEM.They take your money but do not send product. A co.uk website is misleading as they're based in USA.
Pathetic, amateur and unprofessional emails responses from a yahoo account, using different names. Kept asking about PAYPAL, when I did not use PAYPAL. Stole £65 from me and have stopped replying to my emails because they have nothing left to say.

Ordered in April and due to the current global difficulties my product didn't arrive until June however, that being said I'm very happy with the product. I also spoke to a representative of the company in May and they were very helpful resending out a new package. For those who haven't received their order it may arrive yet. When my package finally arrived it was stamp dated as received into the UK in May.

Scammers, ordered in April no product no refund. Do not use. Very misleading to have UK address then says product coming from USA then doesn’t arrive at all.

Hello I've ordered my refills on May 30th and they haven't even been dispatched.
I demand a refund.

I ordered a pack on 21st april from Spain. Still waiting the pack or an email back from them. I understand Covid situation but not how this company is managing the situation. So upset un disappointed with them. Need to hear from them, need my pack or my money back!!

I ordered 1 syringe to start with took 4 weeks as based in USA, I got the 35% one .. it’s really strong so you only need a small amount .. and maybe 10/15 minutes a time maybe once a week with time in between for gums to not get irritated. If you feel it burning or gums going whit wash off with cold water and tooth brush. Too strong to use everyday or longer than 15 minutes.. great product.. my email was answered about delivery and I was sent tracking day after I purchased il maybe get 20% next time.

Ordered Refills mid April, product took six weeks to arrive! I emailed several times and always got a reply. Once product arrived I could see from postage stamp it was posted on April 19th.
Overall an excellent product at an excellent price.

You will not receive the order or get your money back, they will rip you off, pretend they are doing something to help and then just disappear. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I placed an order with this company in may and they have being stalling ever since.
They say the product is coming from usa and give you tracking details, now they are saying it is lost and will resend again.
Very slow to answer emails.
I opened a dispute with paypal and product did arrive after a refund so i will be returning their money, just be aware goods are not sent from uk

This company are a disgrace, take your money poor customer service, misleading as there product is not in the UK, I am awaiting my money back, I ordered start April were now into June. I am now contacting trading standards after numerous emails. I have however ordered the same product at a fraction of the price from another company, I will update you all how that go's. Please don't waste your money yes they have some good reviews bad don't be the person to have to make a bad review order from somewhere else that have good reviews all good reviews, only wish I had checked the reviews for this company.

Haven’t used the product yet, but it arrived after around 10 days and is as described. Didn’t have any customs charge either, which was also a bonus. Would use them again!

Great customer service. The package was delayed by COVID and when I told them, they sent out another package immediately. Product is excellent
