Items never arrived, beware, poor customer service, had to contact visa for refund

I ordered my refills on Sunday 13th June and recieved my parcel Tuesday 15th June . I never write any reviews but thought I should as I am so impressed with the whole experience .

No product arrived. Total scam. Avoid at all costs. Asked for refund.

I used this company for the first time . Prices are competetive and shipping price is fair.My goods arrived safely and well packaged for protection and well within scheduled delivery date !

Used this company twice now and no issues at all. My order arrived in 2 weeks, I actually expected it to be longer as it was coming from the USA, but no issues at all. Great products and will order again.

Ordered 2 months ago. Nothing arrived.

Asked for a refund however this has not been processed.

I have chased this up and heard nothing.

I had read the bad reviews before ordering but gave the company the benefit of the doubt. Don’t.
I’m out of pocket and will need to contact my credit card company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered two months ago. Have received nothing. Emailed and was told they would resend. Still nothing. Was promised a refund within 5 days, have not received anything. I am now £38.40 out of pocket, please avoid at all costs.

I received my 22% and 16% gels and was very happy. They are dentist strength gels and none of that nonsense from Amazon or anywhere else. The only reason why I haven't given 5 stars is because it took around 6 weeks to arrive. I emailed the company and the lovely Madison assured me that there was a delay but it would soon arrive and it did. I will use Beachrefills.co.uk (based in the US) again and would also recommend them. In fact, I already have recommended them.

Absolute joke and rip off. This is an American based company if it is still in operation. Paid £25 for my refills and have heard nothing since 17th March this year. I've emailed numerous times for an update but no response.
Stay well clear!!!!!!!! You have been warned.
Update to the above is that they finally arrived!!!!! Prepare for a very long wait if you order from here. Product as described, so very good

So I placed an order and then checked reviews which is when I became worried it was a scam, I messaged the company who gave me tracking details.
And I got the parcel 3/4 weeks later. (USA to U.K.)

44% teeth whitener was very good , very strong

I tried several tooth kits whitening kits from Amazon. They were chloride bleach, I honestly couldn't see any improvement at all. I chose sellers with a money back guarantee and I certainly was glad to get my money back.
The gels from America are like real dentist strength, real dentist composition.
They took longer by mail than Amazon next day, but the difference is unreal.
Also having read the professional instructions don't bother with the silly led lights, they just make you gag.
Even the dentist UV lamps only slightly improve the time of action, that's from Pola Office instructions!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Placed an order in January but product did not arrive. Followed up and the team swiftly advised a new order was being sent. Again it did not arrive. Promised a refund 3 weeks ago and money still not returned. They said they would chase up my refund as it has been processed but also asked if I would be happy to resend the items again!
They have now stopped replying to my emails. THEY ARE A SCAM!

I’ve got to say that when I ordered I stupidly didn’t realise it was a USA based company so after three weeks of no shipping information I contacted them for an update. I had a reply within 24 hours where Madison very kindly chased the order which I then received a few weeks later.
I cannot fault how professional and efficient the company were.
I often find when making enquiries a little patience and understanding goes along way.

I ordered my gel in December only to realise it was from the USA .

So after a couple of weeks and reading the reviews I came to the conclusion I wouldent receive it .

However after about 8 weeks I received my gel snd I have to say it was worth the wait best product I have ever used the results are the best by far I normally use zoom .

Will definitely be ordering again .

Please Don’t use this company! Ordered some gel on the 2nd March still waiting for it! I mailed them and they said glad to hear you have you order! I mailed again saying I haven’t received anything! Then I asked for a refund but they don’t reply! Don’t use this company you have been warned!

Having tried locally sourced teeth whitening gels with so little whitening success but all the sensitivity I needed to try the pro grade stuff. The other gels never stated what strength or sometimes even the acid type.
I ordered a single 10ml to test the service first.
I received my order in less than 6 days so I'm delighted.
One application has made a difference already.
The cost is remarkable.
