Good looking watch, but watch face has sharp edges

The watch looks attractive, but the watch face has sharp edges. The metal band also feels cheap with sharp edges and a poor finish. However, the watch is easy to navigate and quite impressive. The packaging did not match what was shown in the advertisement. I hope this honest review helps.

The dress top was itchy

The dress top was itchy. I requested a return slip to send it back. I emailed three times. Still no response. I will take this matter further and contact my bank. Dreadful service.

Absolutely awful dress. Nothing like the picture. Quality terrible! Same issue as other rebiews here - they don’t reply to your email other than a blank saying we have replied. No refunded or return options despite saying they will. Raising transaction dispute through my bank to claw money back for goods not as described. Strongly suggest others do the same!

Don't bother

Ordered 2 dresses both arrived & actually nice dresses but dont fit properly. Emailed as asked to start a return, lots of emails back asking questions, once I've replied to them another email pops up saying they have replied with return address but the email is blank! They have sent me around 6 of these emails. Avoid. Obviously scammers. I have also messaged their Facebook page & heard nothing back.
*Edit* there has now been 20 emails sent between me & this company, 1 of last emails offering me £15 back from a £30 order. They do reply but as soon as you ask for returns address & full refund they send yet another email to show they have replied but yet another blank email!

Ordered a dress

Ordered a dress, when it arrived it was cheap and nasty. Material was awful. I have been trying to get a refund form, but they say I need to pay the postage. They have now offered me £11, Don't use this site!

Took days to respond via email no telephone contact reply in broken English offering less than half money back and suggesting I give the dresses away or sell them!

Nasty material

Nasty material, poor quality pair of trousers. I expected soft, long and well fitted black trousers. What arrived was awful, scratchy and short trousers. I want to return them, just don't know how as the site is non existent. Shame 😞

Poor quality clothing

Bought bra’s from blauue.com. Claimed to have a perfect fit and good support, they didn’t fit at all, the bra rode up constantly making it very uncomfortable. Tried to get my money back but they wouldn’t refund me, very frustrating. Really poor quality clothing and bad customer service

Item delivered not as described on product page

I ordered a pair or trousers, in the product page they were shown to have side pockets and a side zip.
The item I received was a very cheap and nasty fabric, with packing creases that did not drop out. There were no side pockets. More importantly, there was no side zip and the waistband had very little stretch so it was almost impossible to pull them up over my hips.
Also, I left a review on their site on the page for the item. It was never shown - they only have 5 star reviews on the page, With the quality of the item I cannot believe anyone would consider it worth 5 stars. So they obviously vet their reviews and delete all the bad ones... Hence leaving a review here
