Would rate 0 stars if it was an option , don’t waste your money simple as that . Didn’t receive an order from over a month ago and they give Ai responses for emails ( not the automatic response their actual response is an Ai one everytime AFTER they send an automatic response zero way of customer service or contact) had to chargeback through my bank because they didn’t offer any sort of refund since they have zero customer service , terrible terrible brand and team 0/10 don’t be fooled . Plus Polyester 😹🤮

I have ordered a coat in November 30th and it is now January 16th, I have heard no response on its whereabouts and have come here to ask for one. I have chased twice and still haven’t heard anything

The initial order was received in time but didn't fit. I got a returns label fairly quickly. They have had the product back for over a month and I have had zero communication or prospect of a refund. Would never recommend

Placed an order from Canada in September 2025 for a t-shirt and still haven't received it in January 2026. Contacted customer service by email - they said they would fulfill my order but nothing happened.

Girlfriend ordered from their website to get the puffer coat for for Christmas got loads of there other stuff which is really nice but when this arrived in the post looked nothing like the photos at all was pretty shocking for the money she paid was heavily disappointed

Ordered on 30.11.25 stating not fulfilled and have tried to email, website is a disaster and have no phone number or proper contact information.
I’m beginning to think it’s not a real site

So far the experience has been so poor - no customer service at all - the email on their page doesn’t work and my order which was placed two weeks ago is still not showing although the account says it has been fulfilled - DPD saying they haven’t received the parcel for delivery .. no possibility to contact anyone at Blancs .. of this is how they work I will think twice before buying from them

I’ve ordered from this company twice now. And each experience has been great, it’s a challenge to ship internationally and a company still in its early stages does a great job. My product looked even better in person (Long Sleeve Waffle T - Blue). Looking forward to wearing it!
