We’ve been BLANC customers since they launched and used them regularly. In Autumn 2025 we dropped a silk blouse at BLANC Marylebone. My wife later unwrapped it from BLANC’s dry-cleaning packaging to wear for an event and found the buttons were missing. We don’t use another dry cleaner, so I contacted BLANC with photos of the blouse, ticket/tag and buttons, asking if they could locate them.
Customer service then said they couldn’t find any matching items on my account. When I pushed back that the tag looked like their format and asked whether anyone had physically looked, they eventually said they had checked with detailing and reviewed unassigned items but couldn’t find them.
I understand issues can happen, but this felt like a long-standing customer being processed through a ticketing system rather than someone trying to resolve the problem. No replacement, no practical solution, and no proper ownership. We won’t be using BLANC again.

Absolutely appalling experience with Blanc, which is still ongoing. I dropped off a high-value shirt on 15 May for what should have been a straightforward dry cleaning job. When I went to collect it, I discovered black stains that were not there before, but instead of taking responsibility, Blanc initially denied any liability.
After weeks of chasing, they finally admitted the damage had happened while in their care. They then attempted to re-clean the shirt, which only created new stains and made the situation worse.
It has now been 7 weeks, and they have still not provided a resolution, despite their clear admission of fault. Their communication has been terrible throughout, with contradictory information, long periods of no response, and repeated attempts to buy more time rather than simply resolving the issue.
It is shocking how unprofessional this has been for a premium dry cleaning service. I would strongly advise avoiding Blanc if you value your clothes, your time, and your peace of mind.
1) Blanc ruined my vintage Gaultier evening jacket. I've no idea how they manage it, but it must have been so roughly handled, or folded or crushed at some point, that the boning broke through the silk.
2) I have had to wait for over 6 weeks while they kept the jacket so that their "expert" could assess the damage.
3) They claim that their compensation is limited to £200!
4) When I took the item in I specifically asked if the cleaning was done on site, because I didn't want the jacket transporting off site. I was told it was all done on site. This, I have since found out, was a lie.
5) The customer service has been terrible. I have not been properly kept up to date, and I myself have had to chase up all the way. The tone of voice of customer service is super casual and I find it very disrespectful, and that they have not taken the issue seriously.

Had a long experience with the service at Marylebone’s brunch.
Got my blazer ruined, sent it for second time and it didn’t help. Finally, Georgia at customer service organized the compensation for the garment.

Worst dry cleaning place ever. They promise it’s ready on a Thursday but then it’s delayed & still not ready on the following Monday. Went there to pick up Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Monday. I still haven’t got my uniform back. It’s still not ready. Why promise Thursday? Extremely slow. Lack of communication. Rude people who work there. Never even answer the phone calls.

this laundry is a corporation that takes advantage of customers , offering cleaning top brand Chanel jacket
for a five times higher price. however, the standard of service is not adequate to the price and the clothes are still dirty, the service is very rude and incompetent, I do not recommend using this company

Experience with BLANC was outstanding. Praiseworthy service by Irena (the tailor) and the shop assistant Moona in Marylebone. Have to say, Irena is a perfectionist. Very happy with the alterations. They did more than 20 suits, jackets and coats for me. All was done in due time and even more. Will definitely be back though i have to drive around 2 hours from my home :)

Great customer service.
I wanted to provide positive feedback about BLANC and specifically one of its employees - Moona in the Marylebone branch. Moona was super helpful when on two occasions I arrived late (closing time!) to drop off and pick up an item - she was always pleasant and accommodating. Item was cleaned correctly and overall I really appreciated the customer service.

Blanc absolutely destroyed my designer jumper. When I complained, their attempts to remedy their negligence was inadequate and unprofessional. I would strongly advise to avoid.

An honest business that provides a great service. My wool duvet was ruined and they replaced it for me! I’m so impressed. There was never a moment of ‘it’s not my problem’ or ‘we did everything right so please talk to the manufacturer.’

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
They've made a hole in my new coat, which costs almost £800, and are now refusing to take any responsibility for ruining my coat. Will have to go through the legal dispute with them now.
There is a lady on the customer service team whose name is Agatha - she refused to take any liability for their own actions. Moreover, when I try to contact the Customer Service team she is no longer available for me and never called me back. The other representative of the customer service team says this is not their case, therefore they are not able to help me.
They have destroyed my new expensive coat and refuse to take any liability. Unfortunately, the only way to resolve it now is to call the solicitor. This is the worst dry cleaning company I've ever dealt with.
If you care about your garments - never bring them to BLANC!

Have used them for years and everything was ok (if a bit overpriced) but they’ve now lost £200+ of items and have been avoiding us for a month. They never have a manager in the store and tell us that they have ‘been busy’ when we stop by to ask why we’ve not been contacted for weeks on end. Unfortunately seems like it is time to ring the solicitor…
