Black Swan Furniture limited Omdömen

Very impressed with this company, and the quality of the bathroom cabinet I bought. The cabinet is heavy and well made, the bespoke paint has been very professionally applied. Seb at BSF was a pleasure to deal with, fielding my many and varied questions fully and quickly, helped to organise some bespoke requests, and communicating throughout the delivery.

Just received my unit in a custom colour, could not be happier with the results! Great attention to detail, excellent customer service, impeccable furniture, could not recommend it enough

Really happy with Black Swan Furniture! Communication was excellent throughout, and the vanity unit is absolutely perfect. The quality is top-notch and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Ordered a vanity unit in the colour of my choice and couldn't be happier, correspondance was really quick and very polite. Highly recommended.

I purchased two absolutely beautiful chairs from here and they are exactly what I wanted. A wonderful caring company to deal with. Explained everything in great detail. I am so pleased with my purchase and recommend them to anyone.

My Petite Alicia vanity unit is stunning, a marble-topped sink with excellent storage and at a great price. I couldn't be more thrilled and I love that the paint colour is bespoke. Very friendly personal service. The only reason I gave four stars not five is because it took a very, very long time to arrive. Apart from that, highly recommended.

The cooperation was exemplary.

Seb is responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Great quality furniture and good pricing. Look forward to working together in the future. - Kate from Khaya Studio Interior Design

We purchased a vanity unit recently and are delighted with the quality of the furniture, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Absolutely adore my custom made double vanity unit and receive many compliments on it! Lovely quality and really makes the bathroom - would highly recommend!!

We cannot fault the exceptional service that we received from black swan furniture, Seb especially went above and beyond to make sure our delivery was on time and perfect. The unit we purchased is fabulous and everyone comments on how nice it is. I would totally recommend them. It’s nice that if you cannot see it on there site that it can be make to your requirements. Thank you guys for a great shopping experience. Alison and David x

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Selected a bathroom vanity unit in the sale and added to basket. What arrives was not the same colour and a much cheaper version without the gold embellishments which had been shown on the sale version of what I thought I had purchased. Upon querying this I was told that would have been extra. The white marble top was too small to fit the unit and although they did send a correct size it was in grey marble. I had to pay for extra time for contractors as unit couldn't be fitted due to incorrect piece. Don't waste your time buying anything from this company. Also, going to contact Trading Standards about them

Black Swan bathroom cabinets are exceptional quality and the small family buisness a pleasure to purchase from. I brought a vanity unit for a previous house and loved it so much, brought a double and single vanity for the bathrooms in my new house.
I had to have bespoke sizes made to maximise the space in my bathrooms and this proved no problem for black swan, neither did having then painted the colour of my choice.
Great company, great service and amazing quality cabinetry.

Such a lovely vanity unit and Seb was really helpful. Good quality and really reasonable price!

Loved the wardrobe we bought from BSF. It’s made of hard wood, so is a sturdy piece of furniture and looks stunning in our guest bedroom. It was a joy to work with Seb and his small family business as attention was paid to the finer details (such as F&B paint colour!) and it’s good now to have something in exactly the size and colour we wanted. Great service too, would highly recommend them.

Purchased a single Hargrave vanity unit, the quality of the product is amazing it is definitely the centre piece of our new bathroom!
The service provided by Seb is excellent! Even the delivery service provided outshone every other delivery of sanitary ware!
Would highly recommend based on quality of the product and the customer service provided!

We purchased the Hargrave Double Vanity Unit but needed the sizes adjusted to fit our bathroom. We were kindly informed of the extra time needed to complete the unit as it was a bespoke order. Delivery was approx 10-12 weeks, and we received it in week 9. It's always nice when approx estimates come sooner than later! Can't wait to finish the install and send some pictures over. Thank you!

We bought some beautiful french style bedroom furniture quite a while back and just recently they have helped us with some advice and even supplied a small component that we needed.
Excellent after sales service and excellent furniture- I can thoroughly recommend this company. Take a look at their beautiful furniture.

A wonderful friendly company to deal with who do what they say they will do! This was my first big on line purchase and I was worried it could be a bogus company. It’s not! they are lovely and I’m thrilled with my vanity unit. Fantastic quality at a great price. It’s not installed, when it is I’ll upload a photo. I totally recommend Black Swan Furniture, thank you.
