Great fragrances, even better customer service
Blackcliff goes above and beyond to make their customers happy. Due to severe weather at their main shipping hub, shipping got delayed by a few days, and Tomilson included a more than generous amount of samples for the inconvenience. Also the fragrances are fantastic!

I so wanted to love these scents
I so wanted to love these scents. I sprang for the 10 sampler set (which was quite expensive). Unfortunately despite the incredible fragrance descriptions, none of them were suitable. In fact, all smelled very much like the same generic fragrances you can buy in an average department store. And they all smell very very similar.

Svar från Blackcliff Parfums
Hi Michael,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our 10 sampler set of fragrances. We're genuinely sorry to hear that the scents did not meet your expectations and appreciate your honesty in expressing your thoughts.
We take pride in creating unique fragrances and are disheartened to learn that they didn't resonate with your preferences. It's important to us that our customers have a delightful experience, and it seems we missed that mark for you.
We're continuously working to improve our scent offerings and your input is invaluable in this process. If you're open to it, we'd love to hear more about your fragrance preferences and see if we can recommend something more aligned with your taste.
We weren’t able to find an order with your name in our order history but please feel free to reach out to us at info@black.com. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to ensure you find the perfect scent.
Warm regards,
Blackcliff Customer Care

Fantastic
Being able to meet the man behind the scents was cool and getting detailed explanations behind each creation. Local, original and authentic. ✨
