Blackbough Swim Omdömen 

I had ordered the Nantucket bikini and they gave me the wrong bottoms BUT they quickly got back to me and sent me a replacement of the right bottoms I ordered. Great customer service and response time also their Bikinis are sooo cute ! Can’t wait to buy more from them!

I would give this company less than one star. Please don’t waste your time and money ordering from this brand. I returned a swim suit because i order the wrong thing. They only give you in store credit for returns which i fine because i was planning on re ordering the correct thing. I apply the gift card on my next order and it didn’t work! I paid full price! The only way to cancel orders is to contact the via email so that’s what i did. I emailed them within 2 minutes of placing my order and they never got back to me. They just shipped the order. So i’m out $70 dolloars plus the previous money they refunded me through store credit. There is no phone number to contact them through so i’m stuck relying on them to email me back… which i’m sure they won’t do. Even if i do get a response im sure they won’t give me my money back. I’m extremely sad because i seriously can’t afford to pay an extra $70 dollar on bathing suit. I don’t know what to do.

They fixed my shipping address so quickly! I was scared they wouldn’t be able to as a lot of stores are but they were super great and did it quickly for me!

Ordered couple of bikinis, and i wanted to change the size! I’ve asked for a refund they told me they don’t do refund only store credit! The size of the bikinis i wanted are out of stock now they are keeping my money as I don’t like any other swimsuit on this website! This is the 1st time when they make it so difficult the return and they don’t give credit! I will never use this website again!

I emailed about how shipping was longer than it was expected, and even though this really is not Blackbough’s fault, they still got into contact with DHL to try to expedite my package. I would give 6 stars if I could for how kind and easy to work with they are. Amazing and will buy here because of Ru and Nina.

I love this brand! First of all the swimwear is gorgeous and such good quality. Everything fits true to size and feels amazing on. Second, their customer service is incredible. I had an issue with the top of a swim set that I ordered and they were so sincere and quick to reply and resolve my issue. I will definitely be ordering again and would recommend this brand to anyone considering purchasing. If you’re looking for a good bathing suit this is the brand!!

My first time ordering with Blackbough Swim and it wont be my last! I accidentally ordered two bottoms instead of the bottom and top and Blackbough swim was so kind, so help and so quick! .. To help me get the right order in and actually helped save me a few dollars. 15/10 customer service!
Not to mention the bikinis are so cute!! So happy with the fit of each of them. I would say the bikinis are true to size. Im 5’2 athletic build and i purchased smalls in both the binkinis i bought!
Ill be purchasing more just because im so happy with the fit and style but blackbough swim is now my #1 because of the awesome customer service as well!

At first I disappointed in the return policy, however, the team was extremely responsive and willing to email back and forth with me to come to an understanding and I was ultimately shown great customer service and personalized support.

I’ve ordered 2 bikinis from them so far and each one is amazing quality! Perfect fit, super soft material and the cutest designs. I recently was having a problem with my reviews glitching, not going through and not having received my points for them and they were amazing in responding and giving me my points for the reviews and answering any questions I had. I usually don’t write reviews for things but I felt compelled to write one based on how great the products and customer service is.

My package never made it to me. I went three different times to go get it from its delivery location and it was never scanned into the system yet when I tried to get help from blackbough they just have told me to go back cause its there when its not offering no help or customer service at all. its been two months and they still havent helped me with this just had me in circles

Placed an order and for some reason the shipping adress was changed in the process to some random WalMart store. There is no way we would have mistakenly used a Walmart address. Since they delivered to the WalMart, they refuse to refund our purchase. Hope they enjoy stealing our $35.

I made the silly mistake I’m sure many others do by purchasing an item that wasn’t in my country’s currency.
The customer service was amazing!
Fast and understanding reply’s from the customer support team. Which many shoppers don’t tend to get from large online retailers any more.

I ordered a dress and within minutes saw one that was even cuter on their Instagram. I emailed them asking if I could change my order and they answered 20 minutes later saying it was done. Amazing customer service!

“We offer FREE express international shipping on ALL orders over $100 USD” I spent over $200 USD and they contacted me days after ordering, saying I would have to pay an extra $25 for shipping!!!!

Their own policy says any additional fees for shipping will be calculated upon checkout… upon checkout I was given free shipping lol They don’t honour their own policy!!!!

Absolutely appalling, horrible customer service!!!!! I have been back and fourth with them for days THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ME THE FREE SHIPPING!!! Absolute scam, horrible customer service and they don’t honour their OWN policies!!!!!
