The customer service team reached out to me first to alert me I had accidentally ordered an item twice. They made the process super easy, and saved me my money and time by telling me before they shipped the items. So so lovely!!!!

Have always had a great experience with Blackbough! The swimsuits are great quality and customer service is always quick to help resolve issues.

I had to make a few returns and the customer service team was super helpful and responded really quick to help me and even accepted a couple items even though they were final sale.

I was having a hard time figuring out my top size. Maybe measurements in inches/cm would also be helpful. In any case, I emailed Blackbough’s customer support and I received a reply within minutes. Apart from the super cute designs they offer, I’m also pretty impressed with the service. Thank you!

It is absolutely dishonest and fraudulent to not disclose duties due upon delivery at the time of purchase. I paid an additional $50 when my order was delivered with no warning. Blackbough, DO BETTER.

I ordered a tankini in the wrong size and the help staff at Blackbough made the return process so fast and easy. Then when I went to reorder in the correct size, I messed up and was once again quickly helped to correct my size. 10/10 customer service to help fix my mistakes!!! Unfortunately one was way too big, but the team graciously allowed me to return it in exchange for store credit even though it was marked final sale. Their customer service is excellent and their suits are GORGEOUS, well made, fit true to size. I have gotten so many compliments on the suit I kept and can’t wait to order more. They also ship crazy fast. Couldn’t recommend enough!

This is hands down my favorite bathing suit brand, and is my go-to for swimwear. All of my sets are from Blackbough. I had to return an item which I was unable to do through the website (had to email the company and send pictures), but the process was easy! I loved the bathing suit i kept, the material is so smooth and comfortable.

First, the suits are amazing and so high quality! They’re thick, comfy, and so so stylish. Also, their customer service is AMAZING! I wanted to return a suit; I liked it a lot, I just thought I’d exchange for a different color. They allowed me to keep the suit and use the credit for a new one. AMAZED is an understatement.
