Let's face it, the food we eat is not providing us with the nutrients we need, not even close. I've been using BB collagen for a while now and not only the price is competitive, but the product is great, quality is superb and shipping is outstanding.

We bought two bags of the 1kg creatine bags to take advantage of their savings offer. Both bags gave off the awful fishy smell, when they were still about 70% full. This means the creatine has gone bad and we shouldn't use it anymore. We kept it in a dry/moderate temp spot on our pantry.
We contacted black belt to let them know about our experience and they said they could do a replacement. We were required to send the unused bags back to prove that we were telling the truth. We still had the bags and were prepared to send them back. We then accepted that proposal, to which they then responded and reversed that decision and said that it goes against their policy for returned goods - even though they had offered us a replacement. Pretty poor experience. Needless to say, we won't be purchasing with Black Belt protein again. What a waste!

Nothing wrong with the protein itself, seems to mix ok and tastes pretty good. The main issue is their use of Aramex as their shipping partner. Expect your parcel to show up weeks after you order, if at all.

I purchased the Whey Protein Concentrate, as well as the Isolate specifically because the website states that it does not contain additives like lecithin. However, the products I received clearly lists sunflower lecithin in the ingredients (see attached photo).

This means the item is not as described on the website ingredients list, and I relied on that information when making my purchase.

Under Australian Consumer Law, products must match their advertised description.

I've started using BlackBelt for my protein powders, mixes perfectly, tastes great my go to products from now on.
I just purchased one of their stacks on my last order and I'm very please with everything, including the pricing for the quality of their products is awesome.
I was never a fan of pre workouts but this stuff is just right, tastes phenomenal no bitterness or horrible after taste just really refreshing and no crash afterwards.

I tried the casein and my face started breaking out in severe acne, holy s*** this stuff is sooo contaminated with IGF-1 even other portein powders didn't do this to me, now I have permanent scars on my face just because of this protein powder
