Quick, efficient, patient and overall positive experience
I had a great experience working with Newco Capital. The entire loan process was simple, clear, and efficient from start to finish. I was able to get my funds quickly, which made a real difference for my business needs at the time.
I also successfully repaid my loan in full. During moments when I wasn’t able to make the full payment, they were flexible, understanding, and willing to work with me rather than against me, which I truly appreciated.
What stood out most is that even after my loan was fully repaid, they continued to check in and show genuine interest in how my business was doing. Overall, they are professional, kind, and supportive people throughout the entire experience.

Misleading Promises and Zero Follow-Through – Proceed with Caution
I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering New Co Capital.
I initially approached them seeking a traditional consolidation loan. Instead, I was advised to take a short-term loan with the promise that I could return in January to secure the long-term solution I originally requested. Based on that guidance, and in a moment of urgency, I agreed to move forward with the alternative option.
I later submitted all required documentation for the original consolidation loan and was informed more than once that I had successfully made it through underwriting. However, after that point, communication completely stopped. I received no formal approval, no denial, and no follow-up despite repeated attempts.
My biggest concern is the lack of transparency and consistency. I asked for one product and was guided into another, only to feel misled in the process. There was no clear communication, no documentation, and no accountability.
New Co Capital presents itself as a company built on family values, but my experience did not reflect that. If this is how they treat their clients, I would strongly encourage others to be cautious before entering into any agreement with them.

Based on our call, it appears that during your interaction with the third-party ISO broker you were working with, you discussed multiple financing options beyond the one ultimately provided by NewCo Capital Group. While it’s normal to explore and compare different financing options, the broker you worked with operates independently, and any conversations during that exploratory process are separate from our direct process and do not reflect our approvals or offerings.
The financing provided by our team was accompanied by full written documentation outlining the structure and economics, and a pre-funding call was completed where all details were reviewed, questions were addressed, and confirmation was obtained prior to funding.
Our team remains available to work through challenges as they arise and collaborate on an agreed-upon solution when possible. In this case, that process did not take place and the account ultimately defaulted.
We take transparency and communication seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address this directly.
