To be honest I was very cautionest and not that optimistic that quality and print would be as described on the website. Had enough bad experience with orders on other shops in the past.

This time I really was poitively suprised. The print is eeally detailled and the quality (haptic) of the shirts is really good. Recived the shirts from order till delivery within less than 2 weeks. I'll order again.

It was quick and easy to order things from Bittersweet Paris. Their website was also very direct and easy to understand. I have now ordered two different items, and I didn’t find anything that confused me.

Been waiting for 3months for them to ship my order. I think I was scammed for 250€. Avoid this shop.

Jeg kan se mange har haft dårlige oplevelser med Bittersweet Paris for år tilbage. Jeg havde længe luret på deres varer og tog chancen og bestilte 2 trøjer ifm. Black Friday.
Tøjet kom i løbet af 2 uger og kvaliteten er helt i top. Fantastisk tryk-kvalitet!
Jeg synes normalprisen er fair nu hvor jeg har set kvaliteten, og med 50% Black Friday rabat er den endnu bedre! ;) Tror det bliver en årlig tradition her hos mig at bestille varer fra Bittersweet Paris hvert år til Black Friday.

They are lying about the product material. First, they offered 70% cotton and 30% synthetics (on the website), but the products they sent were the opposite. Feels plasticy and stiff. I like the designs, but the company has lost it`s quality over the years. When I sent a question about it to the customer service, they did not even bother to reply. PS before they were producing in Europe, now they are producing in China, so the delivery times are now 3-4 weeks, not 1-2 weeks as usual in EU.

Czas realizacji zamówienia wynosi nie 3-4 tygodnie tylko 8-10. To był mój trzeci zakup na tej stronie i ostatni. Pierwsze 2 zamówienia były zrealizowane w podanym terminie, a bluzy świetnej jakości wyprodukowano w Polsce. Skład był 30% poliestru i 70% bawełny bez znaczenia czy to bluza hoodie czy zapinana. Teraz jest to 70% poliestru i 30% bawełny nawet na produktach, które mają zadeklarowany inny skład! Produkcja przeniesiona do Chin, a jakość materiału i nadruków znacznie spadła przy jednoczesnym wzroście cen. Wielka szkoda...

Wenn man etwa acht Wochen Lieferzeit einplant, gibt es keine Probleme. Die Produkte sind sehr angenehm zu tragen und sehen auch optisch sehr schön aus.

Jeśli czas oczekiwania na dostawę wynosi około ośmiu tygodni, nie ma żadnych problemów. Produkty są bardzo wygodne w noszeniu i wyglądają bardzo ładnie.

I ordered joggers on 24th May as a birthday present as an alternative to Aloha from deer. But I couldn’t expect that the difference is huge. After waiting one month and receiving emails with notice of order coming closer I wrote to them. In the web-site the time of production is 30 days. They said to me in email that it is in fact 4-6 weeks which is 45 days. After 7 weeks/49 days I wrote to them that I want to return my money, cause I still don’t have the order. I got a notice from the paying system that the money is coming back in couple of days. At least money returning. But guyz, don’t order anything from there. Better “Aloha from deer” or “Mr. Gugu & Ms.Go”. Same concept and quality but at least you get an order in couple of weeks, not months.

Ich habe bisher mehrere Pullover gekauft und sie sehen nach Jahren immer noch sehr gut aus. Die Größen passen sehr gut. Die Qualität der bisherigen gekauften Kleidungsstücke sind sehr gut. Angebote bleiben oft länger als gesehen.

I ordered three hoodies from the site, paying with PayPal. The site pledged that the hoodies would take 4 weeks to be delivered. The order was placed in April, and the hoodies only arrived today (June 24th) in Italy, where I live. As other reviews say, the wait is long, but I was readily informed through emails of the delays and fortunately wasn't in a hurry for getting these hoodies. I tried them on and I really liked the feel and the colours. Also, the quality of the prints is stellar. If you're not in a hurry, I'd definitely reccommend them.

Bittersweetparis made wonderfull t-shirts, high quality for a very good price. Delivery takes longer, must be patient, it’s worth it!

The overall quality of the hoodies and tshirts is ok, packaged well and everything as was in order.
The production process is horrible, ordered around mid February, received mid May (so almost 3 months passed), no feedback from the shop if order is being delayed, but are responding to the mails though (basically with info what your order is being delayed and if you initiate the conversation). Actually, was thinking this is a scam company, but after some stress, 3 months of waiting and giving up the order arrived.
Most likely Jesus himself makes their stuff only 2 days in a year - on Christmas and on Easter, at least that would explain why it took so long.

I ordered 3 hoodies and was not aware that production would take 4-6 weeks... This is copied from their website : 5.Order lead time is the sum of handing over the package to the delivery person and the time of package delivery. Seller shall hand over Goods to the delivery person within maximum 30 days from the order acceptance.
If i haven't seen progress in a week, i will report them to the police.

Nie polecam, 3bluzy xl, kazda w innym rozmiarze…inne dlugosci, szerokosci. Reklamacja zrobiona, zero informacji zwrotnych, o wszystko klient musi sie dopytywac. Jedyny plus ze kase oddali. Marnowanie czau! Koszulki i tak watpliwej jakosci

Paczka z opóźnieniem mimo że kontakt był to i tak paczka nie została wysłana jak deklarowali. Zwrot środków bezproblemowo został zwrócony.

Horrible! Stuff was marked as readily available on website, after almost 2 months of waiting had to cancel the order and get last minute Christmas presents. Ordered in October! What a joke.

Brak kontaktu. Kup i czekaj może kiedyś dostaniesz

Ponad 4 (!!!) miesiące od zamówienia dopiero dostałam informację o nadaniu paczki(jest koniec stycznia 2025roku, zamówienie złożone 24.09.2024). A od momentu kupna 0 słowa odnośnie opóźnienia wysyłki.

A nie, przepraszam! 29. listopada dostałam maila z informacją o opóźnieniu wysyłki zamówienia.
Przecież to jest KPINA, pisana wielkimi literami.
Mam tylko nadzieję, że bluzy nie okażą się kupą, bo to miał być prezent bożonarodzeniowy dla siostry. No cóż, będzie dodatkowym prezentem na urodziny. Mam tylko nadzieję, że moje zamówienie DOTRZE do tego czasu.

Dostałam informację, że paczka czeka w paczkomacie. Także jutro odbiorę bluzy i isię przekonam jakiej są jakości.
