So far so good nothing to complain about and customer support is quick and efficient. Really nice platform.

Never received my gift card. Never got notified. Never got anything at all. Bad customer service too.

Honestly wasn’t sure at first but the customer service has me convinced along with the solid game selection and layout of the platform I’m playing here more and more the customer service is on point and the referral program is epic really . Ended up doing a vip transfer in comparison to other sites this one was a lot faster than most and the perks worth the Waite . Just be patient and reap the rewards . I’m stoked.

Shady and unethical casino avoid please
I started playing at this social casino when my cousin referred me, after playing for a month or a two I just barely heard about a vip transfer program. I used to live with my cousin but finally got my own place. I asked bitsler.io live chat support if I could update my personal info with proof of address because it wasn’t accurate anymore. They denied me to update my personal info and on top of that they denied me a vip transfer. They stated only one vip transfer per household and more than one can result of deletion of both accounts. In never says in there TOS that there can only be one account per household it only says that a person can only have one account. I told them well we don’t live together anymore I want update my info and now there’s no reason to deny me. They stated no the decision is final because we both have used the same wifi(Ip address) before. So people who have an account at bitsler find out that there family member has an account there supposed to control what that other person does? Or Bitsler wants us to force another person to close there account ? I find it disgusting and a complete joke. I find it completely unfair that they deny me access to benefits like any other player because of someone that has nothing to do with me. On top of that they denied my cousin his referral rewards even after I spent over $2,000 in purchases. SCAM

Love this site. Customer service is a 12/10, they respond so quick and are very personable. The site is easy to navigate and they have good games :) Excited to watch this company grow and become more popular as they deserve

Was told about this site 2 days ago and figured I would check it out. I am currently awaiting VIP transfer to complete but the site does look promising. They feel like they will be a direct competitor with stake.us. The support team has been very quick to respond and also helped with making sure the right information was sent during VIP transfer. No 1-2 emails a day. They were able to help me successfully submit my transfer request right from the support chat on the site. Looking promising and excited to see how this site grows.
