So I paid for a year in advance for this QR code I'm only going to be using for a few months. They offer no exceptions to their no refund policy - not even a discount for deceiving you about the purchase terms. Stay away from this company.

I basically had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop charging me. They are one of these companies that makes it as hard as possible to cancel once you've started a subscription... no phone number and wont respond to emails.

Update Feb 2026: This PoS company tried to say my review was about another company. I double checked and no, it's you, you are just that crap. You stole my money, either refund me or live with the consequences.

Don't trust Bitly's QR service. They show you a monthly subscription price and then charge you for a year - no warning or advertising.

I purchased because they offer custom domains resistered through them.

There was some kind of technical issue choosing the domain on Bitly and after a couple of days of fobbing me off with irrelevant boilerplate emails, they've told me they can't do anything about it.

I can see the domain I selected has been registered by Bitly, too.

Avoid this company.
