I order a gold coin from Bitgolder.com (first time), and payed with crypto (xrp). They never sent my coin and did not responde to my e-mails and their phone does not work. The reveiws of "clients" are updating but are all the same and repeating.
Stay away!
Received my order quickly and everything was perfect.
If you were looking for a safe place to buy gold with bitcoin – look no further! BitGolder is the ultimate place to turn your crypto into real gold. Coming with a great customer service as well. I'll definitely be back.
This company is a scam! Do not do business with them! I placed an order on their website and then never heard back. They never responded to emails or calls, and the form on their website doesn't work. There is no way to get in contact with these people. After doing some digging, the UK government website shows that this company was DISSOLVED on April 1, 2025. However, the website is active and taking payments, and many "reviews" have been submitted since April. STAY AWAY!
COMPLETE SCAM. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR CRYPTO!
All of the positive reviews are completely fake. Do not be fooled. They stole my crypto. Fake website and fake business. You have been warned!
This is my third order with BitGolder, and they exceed my expectations every time. Their team is professional, reliable, and truly worth your trust. It's an amazing experience every time!
Placed and paid for 2 gold coins. Has email receipt to prove it. Have not heard from them since. Sent email, no response. Left them a message on their Contact us on their web site. No response. Did both of those things a second time. No response. Seems like another scam company. Order number 12175.
