I work in clinical nutrition, and I do not find this app useful. I downloaded it with a trial offer (who knows when), didn’t like the app, and thought I canceled it. I opened my credit card statement today to find a $99.99 charge from BitePal… a big surprise to say the least. I was told I only had an 2-day window for a refund once the renewal processed, and since it happened over 2 weeks ago, I’m ineligible. I didn’t get an email (yes I checked the spam folder), not a heads up about the charge, nor a receipt. Glad I have another year’s access at a ridiculous price. This is predatory.

Ich wollte es ausprobieren, Angebot war recht günstig,aber zeitbegrenzt. Leider konnte ich mich nicht registrieren. Kundenservice kontaktiert! Hin und her geschrieben und als der Rabatt abgelaufen war, hätte ich mich registrieren können.
Das ist für mich unseriös!

Después de suscribirme, me cobran dos meses seguidos y a la hora de cancelar la suscripción no hay ninguna forma he mandado dos correos ya... Y después de 10 días no tengo ninguna respuesta. Tendré que ir al banco y bloquear los cargos ...

Bite pal app was easy to download and use, but canceling the subscription and getting rid of the payments was a nightmare. Can not recommend. And I wasn't even asking any refund, just trying to cancel my subscription. It's like they are just trying to get you to give up and keep paying.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Charges me weekly and still fighting to make them stop attempting to charge me $9.99 a week.

I love how the app helps me track my intake since before it I was having problems. My interaction with their support team was very pleasant. Plus, the raccoon is so cuuuute!

Subscription manually cancelled by Jake who assured me that no further charges or payment attempts would occur. Two more attempts to charge my card €33.30 in the past 5 days.

Tried this app after using their Reface AI app.
Well, this app is to count calories and motivates you through a raccon. I love racoons. Also, had a change to talk to their customer as I had issued with login, they replied pretty fast and got my issue resolved. love this app and I hope to get my eating habits fixed!

I’ve been using BitePal for a bit now and I really like it. It’s super easy to use and everything just works the way you expect, which makes a big difference.

It’s been genuinely helpful in my daily routine, and I haven’t run into any issues so far. Definitely one of the better apps I’ve tried recently — would recommend!

I liked using BitePal! It was very easy to use and made tracking food simple with photos. The app is clear and friendly, so everything is easy to understand. I liked how quick it is to log meals. The design is clean and makes the experience feel smooth. It is a helpful app for keeping track of food.

L'app non aveva un vero piano con pasti ma è stata utile per riprendere consapevolezza di cosa mangiavo.
Ho provato il piano di 6 giorni ed è stato calcolato il numero di calorie a seconda di quando volevo perdere e come, con/senza sport.
Il procione è molto utile (e carino) a capire meglio che anche un'insalata può essere troppo in certe situazioni e mi ha fatto riprendere consapevolezza con i pasti. A non saltarli e soprattutto mi ha invogliata a bere di più.

Allo scadere dei 6 giorni mi è automaticamente stato addebitato il piano annuale ma poichè non era scritto nelle mail di attivazione ho scritto all'assistenza che in tempo record nonostante la festività mi ha risposto e ha cercato con me una soluzione.
Sono stati presenti, rapidi e mi hanno rimborsato completamente. Ottima esperienza con assistenza clienti.
App utile per riprendere consapevolezza e perdere qualche chilo in eccesso.
Personalmente, per malattie come obesità o altri disturbi, un dietologo/dietista è necessario.

Però bel progetto.

Horrible, la pub nous propose un programme, ce n’est en réalité qu’une app pour compter des calories. Je demande après 10 min d’utilisation un désabonnement et un remboursement au service client, silence radio depuis. A fuir absolument, même pour tester l’application.

I subscribed in January directly on their webpage, not through my apple account not through my google subscription. the app never started to work, I have wrote to them and they told me what to do. i tried it did not work and I wrote again to them, never got the answer. i have found a contact of their legal and wrote to them and I got the answer after which again nobody answered again! after three months I got charged again and I am not using the app and i dont have any idea how they could charged my again! and through what! i have delated the app two months ago, and for this time they have charged me 110 euros! i am so pised that I will press legal charges and also go to my bank on Monday!

Grosse arnaque prélèvement malgré le désabonnement. Entreprise en Lituanie.

I was charged 71.+ dollars for and app that I used for maybe a week. I’ve tried to unsubscribe with out any luck. I’ve deactivated the account and removed it and I’m still getting charged. I do not want this or use it.
