I am disappointed in the quality of the hoodie I bought, I expected better. I’ll keep it but wouldn’t recommend to others.

I placed my order on March 24th 2022 and have not received anything yet. I have emailed numerous times for an update or status and no one bothers to reply back. I called the the number listed on their website in the UK and no one ever answers. I live in California and I understand lead times, but this is ridiculous. One way or another I will get my money back! Beware folks.

I put the order in 11 days ago and now I see that it has just made it to the post office where it has been sitting for 10 days. You're in North Carolina. Why don't you have a facility there instead of across the country. Logistically that is really stupid.

Esta empresa es una estafa‼️
Esta empresa que dice ser verificada me ha estafado casi 1000 dólares. Ponen pretextos para que compres sus planes y te dicen que es obligatorio o si no no puedes retirar tu dinero

Hi Hari,
Sorry to hear you think they're average! We usually get nothing but the best comments for our quality but sometimes a garment might not be up to scratch. Please send a photo of it to info@bitcoinmovement.com and we'll take a look and either issue a full refund or send you a new one!
Thanks and best regards
