Slechte hulp
Nieuwe schoenen gekocht, nog geen 10 keer gedragen en heel veel nu al kapot of in slechte staat. Gemaild en krijg je het antwoord dat ze al langer dan een jaar oud zijn terwijl ze dat nog niet zijn. Dan wijs je ze erop en dan reageren ze niet meer. Wat slecht zeg. En vooral heel sneu. Schoenen kosten €180,- en dan zo slecht met je klanten omgaan.

First order - very concerning/poor
First order (Order #27293 if you're reading this Bisque Golf). Ordered c£300 worth of Malbon clothes. Delivery date never disclosed at order or for days afterwards. DPD then sent me a text saying delivery due Friday, which was fine.
However, Thursday (today) came around and DPD sent me another text and an email stating I owed them c£100 import tax.
It appears my order is now stuck with DPD until I pay Bisque Golf's import taxes. I have tried phoning, no answer, have sent two emails, no reply.
Incredibly poor and amateurish for a company selling high end merch.
Will I ever get my order, or even my money back?!?

I’m really sorry our process was not clear enough for you. To clarify the timeline for your order: you placed your order on Saturday, it was packed on Sunday, and shipped on Monday morning. We also responded to your emails within 24 hours.
All information regarding our shipping schedule and international import taxes—which have applied to all UK orders since Brexit—is clearly outlined in our FAQ to ensure transparency before purchase. We’re glad we could clear this up privately and hope to serve you again in the future.

TRUST IN BISQUE
If you take any review into conisderation make it be this one. I was a little suspicious at first but then sent it on the Nike Golf Quarter zip. I can't tell you how happy I am with the decision. I got exactly what I ordered, within 3 days it showed up and Bisque even gave me a few golf tees with it. They went above and beyond. If I could give 10/5 I would. Thank you!!

J'ai commandé début février un sac de golf de la marque Jones (cde N° #26515). Malheureusement la sangle de transport n'a pas d'oeillet pour passer l'ardillon de la boucle ce qui rend l'utilisation du sac impossible.J'en ai fait part à Bisque golf le 6 février qui m'a répondu le jour même en me signifiant qu'il avait contacté le fournisseur et qu'il me recontacterait dès qu'il aurait la réponse de ce dernier. Depuis silence radio malgré 2 mails de relance. Le SAV me semble en dessous de tout . Méfiez vous....et moi je ne peux pas utiliser un sac payé 293€.
Nous sommes le 6 mars et Bisque golf ne répond pas à mes mails de relance. Vraiment un super SAV. Un site à fuir.
Nous sommes le 17 mars et je n'ai rien reçu et surtout aucune nouvelle.
26 mars....Toujours rien.
Le 14 avril j'ai reçu la nouvelle sangle. Le retard venait du fournisseur qui a livré en retard. Je rajoute 2 étoiles mais une vérification avant le départ des colis serait nécessaire et éviterait ce genre de déconvenue. Bon golf

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the defect in your golf bag strap; we understand how disappointing it is to have a new piece of equipment you cannot yet use.
To clarify the current status for you and our community: we have been in active contact with the supplier regarding this specific manufacturing issue. They have confirmed that a replacement strap will be dispatched as soon as their new shipment arrives, which is scheduled for March 5th.
I have relayed this timeline as well in our previous correspondence, but we regret if there was any breakdown in communication that led you to feel unsupported. Please rest assured that the replacement is secured and will be sent to you via express shipping the moment it lands in our warehouse.
We value your patience and are doing everything possible to get you back on the course by early March.
