A good ethical firm to deal with

I was very impressed by the way that Birmingham oil dealt with my order which was delivered yesterday.It was ordered and paid for a couple of weeks ago, and in view of the conflict in the middle east, and the huge increases in the price of oil I was expecting either a cancellation or price increase . Neither happened , and I received several phone and text messages to allay my fears and to keep me informed as to my delivery . For this I was most grateful , and also for the helpful and cheerful attitude of the drivers who delivered it . Every dealing that I have had with Birmingham Oils has been positive, both from office staff and from delivery staff.

Long time customer

Have used BFO for 8 years and have found them very reliable. Always kept informed of when delivery will be made. Drivers have been courteous and efficient. Price may not always be the cheapest but is always competitive. I have recommended them in the past and would do so again.
