My order was shipped really quickly and included a thank you card made of homemade paper that had basil seeds in it to plant-haha you know your target audience well!

This is my second time ordering from them ! Me and my plants LOVE the quality of the soil mix they offer. Also the different type of soil to meet the needs of specific plant.

Best Terrarium Substrate.
Birdy's customer service is AMAZING! Fast response and willingness to assist me with my project was an A+ in my book. From one Business Owner to another, THANK YOU!
I made a terrarium from an Ikea Milsbo Cabinet for my shop. Birdy went above and beyond to make sure I had the amount of terrarium substrate for the project. Her substrate is made by hand and fresh. This substrate is so fresh when each bag is opened it gives you the feeling as if you are standing in the middle of a tropical jungle with the rain is misting the soil.
I recommend the terrarium and any other line of substrate. Thank you, Birdy, for such great product.
