Really helpful test. Tons of information and suggestions for improvements. Easy to understand graphics. Don't change anything

The website is going in a movie-loop, refreshing and switching between 2 different appearance every 1-2 seconds, and i get sea-sick whatching it. The web-browser is counting high number if blocked Trackers and ads, every second.

This uses the latest technology to provide more accurate and detailed results. The kit was easy to use and the report you get with your results is sufficiently detailed and easy to follow. Good customer service and communication the whole way.

This test is very easy to order and complete, the results come back quickly and the report is detailed and easy to interpret. Also, it's a much more manageable price compared to other stool tests, so accessible for more people.

I am in France so I am relying on the UK company:
- to receive the kit: very fast
- to get the confirmation from the labs they received the kit completed: quite long more than 2 weeks (sent the weekend + custom border?)
- to get the result: long > 2 weeks they had to redo it because the first analysis failed due to my sample apparently
- results data : very good, specific and accurate in my case

I appreciated the fact we get updates all along the process, the support chat is very fast to answer as well. The results really helped me to my journey to heal my gut ! To me, this is a very promising company in the microbiota analysis: detailed info, ranges compared to healthy cohorts, advices, ability to book gut microbiota expert partner (expensive though), integration with 3rd party website to get more info on our analysis (microbiome prescription) and CSV extract available as well + beta features.

It would be amazing to get information on yeast/fungus but the literature is quite poor compared to the bacterias. I think it could be relevant though to pay an extra for culture and see if we have way too much candida species, aspergillus or saccaromyces in general.

I've been using BiomeSight for about two year. Usually I do two tests each year. This year I aim to do 4 tests.

I used to ship from the EU and the shipping and processing takes forever.

I was on vacation this month in Scottland and posted my sample from here. The sample arrived to the lab on the next day. I recently got the info that my sample is now in processing which also takes about a week.

So even if I post the sample from the UK, it takes about 3 weeks to get results which I think is too long.

I have no alterative and will keep using this service, but the lead times are just to long in my opinion.

A part from that, the amount of info available is great - I hope I can navigate the system better soon and use Biomesight in an optimal way.

The data and suggestions provided by Biomesight have been invaluable in my journey back to health since getting Long Covid. They're prices are far more reasonable and the insights and recommendations are well beyond what the other companies I've tried have to offer.

Quick delivery, great customer service -I needed help with the shipping from outside the UK and they were very quick to provide the document I needed-, quick processing of my samples and very insightful report. I am actually planning on doing another test in 1 month.

I think overall experience was good. There were some delays in status update but otherwise everything else was top notch.

Useful insights for Long Covid diagnosis.

I am so happy I took the test, the platform is so well done and so much information I am a bit overwhelmed but excited to dig in and learn everything about my results!

The test was great. I would only enjoy to have a couple other things tested, such as zonulin and pancreatic inflammatory markers

For me, the best Biome test on the market.
It's incredibly detailed and offers the possibility to track your results in time, isolate the items you need to compare, share the results with your practicioner.
I also love the detailed, personalised recommendations for food, pre and probiotics. I would just love to be able to see the PH of the intestine, if this can be a useful feedback. Thank you!

I think the test is excellent for cost per analysis and offers the transparent data I need. The Long Covid study discount has been very helpful for me in tracking and improving Long Covid induced gut dysbiosis. The reason I cannot give 5 stars is the lack of analysis of mycobiome; with that said, maybe it comes with the territory of the lower price.

I like the collection kit and the clear instructions. Unfortunately I got sick shortly after receiving it so I had to wait a while to use it, but I sent it off a couple weeks ago. Looking forward to the results!
