Cycle Bestie has genuinely been a game changer
Cycle Bestie has genuinely been a game changer for me. Not only is it super easy to remember to take every day, but tracking my cycle phases became so simple and actually enjoyable.
The biggest difference for me was my skin — the improvement has been absolutely drastic. My skin looks so much clearer, healthier, and more balanced than before. I generally don't have bigger issues with skin, but in luteal phase always get few spots here and there, since taking CB none.
I also noticed such a huge shift emotionally, especially during my luteal phase. I felt way more collected, calmer, and emotionally regulated instead of overwhelmed. On top of that, my energy throughout my whole cycle felt so much more stable.
You can really tell this product was created with women’s health in mind. Highly recommend 💖
Zero stars
Zero stars. Scam. Then once they get your email they won’t stop emailing you even if you ask to be unsubscribed over and over and over again. I had to BLOCK their email from sending me spam.
Stop falling for this woman’s scams. There’s so much documented history of her being a scam artist. Check Reddit.

i find your method the ONLY method that REALLY takes in mind the way female bodies work, i got fit w u in between my two pregnancies and had never felt better and stronger
I love the effortlessness in which one can adapt it to their lifestyle because really it doesnt take much
I am also like u now post pregnancy post also another surgery on my abdomen but had a complication from it so will probably do fit as fk 2 when i get over with it and as u say it is ONLY 21 day for the miracle to feel better happens
Beware of this company and the fake reviews
The promotions the owner is running are downright dangerous, claiming the supplements make women get pregnant. The business premise preys on the insecurities of women around fertility, miscarriages, among others. Positive reviews shared on Instagram about women who credit the supplements with getting pregnant have all the hallmarks of fakeness and are clearly self-created. Be careful with your money, you'll get sucked into a subscription that's hard to get out of because the customer service is deliberately incompetent.
Bestie App is not worth it
I haven't tried the supplements but my review is on the Bestie App which is from the same company and same person (Aggie Lal). The information Aggie gives in this app is not even basic. It's the equivalent of someone explaining to someone else that Africa is not a country but it's a continent and what's the difference. So if you don't know that Africa is a continent, then Aggie can probably also teach you something new.
1. FITNESS:
It was very hard for me to review this category as I lost respect for Aggie when she says you have to lift weights but then I saw her do Romain Deadlifts with two 3kg dumbbells (you can check this dumbbell set on Amazon). She didn't even pick the 5kg dumbbell next to her. She just looked like a caricature doing Romanian Deadlifts with weights that don't add any difference so she was bouncing up and down. I do Romanians with 18kg dumbbells and I have a lean figure. Obviously we all have different goals but Romanian Deadlifts with 3kg... that's just not serious.
2. VIDEOS AND PREMIUM COURSES
I don't know if she uploaded everything from her premium courses to the app, but if that was the case, I am shocked someone can have the audacity to ask for $300 per course on these. The courses are basically a series of short videos where Aggie can't even follow her own thoughts, PDFs that look like their written with ChatGPT, and some guest videos that were the only interesting thing about the course. None of these should be sold to women and not for such a premium prize - you can find this information for free on YouTube. Buy 10 good books on the topic and you'll learn 10x more and pay 3X less.
Aggie is really just super bad at presenting and following her own thoughts, even in a 7-minute video. She starts talking about fitness and then goes off on a tangent about the universe and what it means to be a feminine woman and not having masculine energy and then back to the original topic.
3. NUTRITION AND CYCLE SYNCING
First of all, the cycle tracker was really hard to find for an app that prides itself with that. By the way, "cycle syncing" is a trademarked term by Flo so Aggie is not using that term for that reason but she has stolen a lot of ideas from Flo about this app and claiming it's "the first" that does that is just misleading advertising. As misleading as the claim to have helped 2M women. I just can't see how her information can help as it's often the wrong information for someone who has a specific goal. Anyway...
I was trying to understand what to eat in each cycle phase but she really didn't explain it, although she tried. The recipes have AI-generated pictures and you can filter them by your cycle phase but I really couldn't see that much of a difference. Am I eating more iron during my period? Why are you recommending this brownie for this other phase? Is it the macros or the macro nutrients? That really wasn't clear and the recipes didn't seem original, although they are not bad.

It's actually hilarious how Aggie claims that "we shouldn't count calories" and in one of her videos from Fit as F gave Dave Asprey as an example who eats 6000 calories per day but it's fit and healthy and that caloric deficit is a BS concept. Aggie... who are you and you "certified" you to give such bad advice to women who are in distress and who are trying to achieve a goal whether that's to build muscle, gain weight, lose weight, or stay toned? Who are you to go against what the entire fitness community and professionals live by and has worked for them and their clients?
Supplement (bloating bestie) smells…
Supplement (bloating bestie) smells very bad when opening the jar and it leaves a very bad aftertaste and smelling hands. Disgusting. Doesn’t really work. Very expensive, 52$ per jar and the nutrition label is not even printed well. Looks like fake ass stuff shipped from a very bad company. Hard to feel like it can be trusted. It says take 2 capsules daily. Then on the front it says 90 capsules, 30 servings, which means a serving is 3 capsules instead of 2? So what is it? The label is even hardly readable. For someone shouting so much on socials, it seems like very little effort went into these products. If you can’t even make a proper nutrition label it looks off- like it can’t be trusted. Also why is there a cotton pad inside of the jar? Honestly just seems like a scam. Also using a “proprietary” blend is a scam. Not telling your customers how much of each ingredient is in there. Very untrustworthy.
Supplements don’t work
Supplements don’t work, service support isn’t doing a job, the packages are in the worst condition when they arrive. Packed like a trash. Disappointed.
Don’t be scammed
This isn’t a real company, it’s a front run by someone without any medical experience
Happy with purchase
I placed my order and then came on here to make sure it was legit. After reading all the negative reviews I was concerned and wanted to cancel my order but decided against it. I placed my order on a Saturday and received an email what to expect and another email notification that it shipped that Tuesday with tracking info. It was then delivered that same week on Friday. I received all the items I purchased (a summer bundle). Everything is in nice condition. I also bought her book which I am reading and enjoying. I’ve liked the supplements I’ve tried so far. Glad I gave it a chance and thought I’d leave my review as well since my experience was positive.
Scam artist
Scam artist. Don't take health advice or buy supplements from an influencer like Aggie who is unqualified and cares so little about her customers and just takes the money and runs.
Please don't Buy
You can completely ignore this brand, the woman behind it, and all the products and offers she provides—or better yet, just flush the products straight down the toilet. The woman behind the brand is extremely disrespectful and arrogant towards less satisfied customers, and it also seems like she has absolutely no idea what she’s even selling or talking about. Stay away from this brand and everything it offers. I would never recommend this to my friends!
Still missing product ordered 3 months ago
I have the agree with all of the other reviews here.
I ordered a bundle in November and they included random items that I didn’t order but missed 4 items which I did order. When I contacted them they sent me 1/4 items and said the total product value was $150 causing me to pay for $30 in duties for ONE bottle. 3 months later I still am missing 3 items.
My husband keeps commenting that she’s full of shit with all of her sob stories and I think it’s time to start realizing she’s a scammer like everyone else.
She has no education in this field and can’t even write a proper sentence, should we really be consuming these products and wasting our money??
This woman and her business is a joke and a scam
I ordered her supplements and had a terrible experience, so I left a bad review. A month later I received an email from 'Aggie Lal' herself, apologising and wanting to 'make it up' (the email sucked was weird). This is how the email ended:
'This message follows the principles of *Unreasonable Hospitality* by going beyond a standard apology and offering something that makes her feel seen, valued, and appreciated. It also keeps the tone warm, personal, and human—showing accountability while also making a meaningful gesture. Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!'
This is stupid I cant believe it actually happened! This woman and her business is a joke and a scam.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. The supplements don't work. When I tried to unbloat myself, all it did was give me terrible stomach cramps. There is zero customer service available, and most likely, you will never get your money back. Aggie is a scam artist. She has been doing it since her travel days. She has no education, experience, or background in hels, biohacking, science, or research. Do yourself a favor and find someone that is legit and educated.
Don't support this business
The reviews on the company website are mostly fake. Sadly this person has had success scamming people for years and wears everything under the badge of feminism and 'helping women'. Wish I had known before falling into the same trap as so many others.
A thief and a scam artist preying on women
This is a scam artist with fake reviews trying to sell repackaged supplements under her name. There is no customer service. They took my money and didn’t ship. All the good reviews are fake. Please beware of this thief! I learnt my lesson too late.
It's a scam and they'll take your money
I placed my order in July, and it is now November, and I have never received it. When I asked why my order hadn't shipped yet, they told me it was because of a sourcing issue, and they couldn't get the products in stock. They only communicated this to me after I reached out to them months later. I promptly asked for a refund and cancellation of my order, to which they replied trying to get me to take store credit. I responded that I would kindly just like a refund and to move on. Long story short, it's been countless emails back and forth with them and I still don't have a refund and we're just going around in circles. I feel like this is a scam. Do not order from them!
Horrible Customer Service and Website - DO NOT BUY
I’ve been using Biohacking Bestie supplements for six months, hoping that the product's promising qualities would make up for my issues with the website and customer service. Unfortunately, it hasn’t. While the product itself is fine, it’s not unique—there are similar options on the market, like Arrae, which not only matches Biohacking Bestie in quality but far surpasses it in customer service and user experience. Here’s what’s consistently gone wrong:
Subscription Issues: The subscription option on the website didn’t work for months, leaving me to manually order each time.
Customer Service Frustration: Every time I had an issue, I had to email customer service, only to receive short, unhelpful responses. There is no phone line, so you’re stuck with email responses that often feel dismissive.
Tracking Problems: I repeatedly tried to track my orders on the website, but the tracking feature was consistently unavailable or inaccurate. For the last three months, the website incorrectly stated that my deliveries were incomplete.
Missing Order & Refusal to Refund: The final straw was my most recent subscription order, which was never delivered. USPS tracking showed a delivery time of 3 pm, but my building’s secure locker system confirmed no USPS entry after 1 pm that day. When I reported this to Biohacking Bestie, they refused to replace or refund the order, brushing off my concerns entirely.
The only reason I even considered this product was to support the influencer, Aggie, who promoted it. But with a six-month subscription lock-in and no ability to cancel sooner, I found myself stuck. I had hoped the website and customer support would improve, but it only worsened. Biohacking Bestie might have a decent product, but with such a poor customer experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
